Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesStayed for a week no turn down service the entire time . No dnd or housekeeping door hanger. No blanket just two sheets on the bed two towels wash cloth and a floor mat. Microwave and min fridge no coffee maker in the room. There was no breakfast ,just coffee, and since they're doing some work on the parking lot two of the days there was no access to get into the lobby to get a coffee . Do not take room 102. Next to the stairs, lobby, and laundry room . You will be woken up if you're trying to sleep in. Not a bad hotel all in all, most my complaints are probably circumstantial. Also dark. Has two lamps but ones a bedside lamp low light lvl and the other had a purple bulb in it. If you need to see you'll have to open the blinds directly in front of the stairwell

United StatesThe fact that they didn't knock to tell us it was checkout, but rather just open the door, is totally unacceptable. Then, while trying to leave at 11:10(checkout being 11:00 mind you), they AGAIN opened the door without knocking, then called mere seconds after making contact with us. Key card didn't work to let me back in the room at 4:am, and the girl working the lobby fell asleep watching you tube. Won't stay here again. Wouldn't recommend for my worst enemy sleep on their porch.

The location is wonderful for walking guests! The bathroom was stocked with towels, shampoo and body wash and the staff were very kind.

United StatesThe cleanliness and the towels needed to be replaced. They were old, worn and didn’t appear to be sanitary. The floors needed to be mopped. I walked across the floors and they turned my socks black. Mostly during the night while sleeping something bit me.
The staff was very friendly and professional. I like the idea that they are providing housing for people.

United StatesThe room was not real clean. No hairdryer. Had to ask for toilet paper because none was in the room. Bath mat was stained with what looked like mud. The frig was tilted forward ??? And it appears there are people living in the hotel. Rooms are supposed to be non-smoking, but our room reeked of stale cigarette smoke.
Staff was friendly. Pets are allowed. The landscaping around the property was very nice. Walls are VERY thin. Pool was closed.
