Worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. The room had cigarette holes on all the blankets as well as stains 🤢 Microwave was dirty. Was more of a low end motel than what you would think of a hotel being. The worst part was when I brought up my concerns to the front desk attendant he began yelling at me, verbally attacking me, offered no upgrade or even a small percentage off to make the issue right, not even clean blankets and sheets. Absolutely uncalled for, the room cost money and I had my son with me and we deserved a sanitary room. Gross. Disgusting. Please do not stay here. So sadly this will most likely be the last time I use booking because of this terrible experience. The worst part was the aggressive front desk attendant.

Everything about the room was disgusting. I would not recommend this hotel to ANYONE. Walked in to no lights and note to “dial 0 for immediate assistance”. An employee finally arrived, WITH NO SHOES ON AND SWEAT PANTS, was extremely rude and handed us room keys to a room that quite frankly hadn’t been housekept.

Absolutely nothing. Room smelled like pee. Stains on all the floors and sheets. Iron burn on the carpet and rips on the comforter.

Towels,washcloths, staff actually non existent, security-outside doors all locks were"out of order, and one had no door lock at all." TV remote didn't work, couldn't find desk clerk at desk multiple times. Not pleasant at all, staff was very grumpy.

It would be nice to have flying cars, three-dimensional holograms of the historical past, and maybe a holodeck, too. However, these technologies haven't been invented yet.

The room was just the right size. Sure, it was on the smaller size, but it was perfect for my needs, and I like using resources sparingly. The most fun of all was that in addition to a Gideon Bible, there was a copy of the Bhagavad Gita in the room by ISKCON; not my favorite translation, but it was great to see this.

Beds were dirty, sheets were stained and dirt and hair all over the sheets. Staff was mad that we asked for new sheets and pillow cases. Door safety lock was messed up and didn’t work.

The desk clerk was not friendly at all. The hotel is in real need of maintenance or remodeling. It is not that old, but has not been maintained at all.

Siding missing off building. Laying INSIDE the hotel. Why haven't they hired someone to install it??? My bathtub ran a constant stream of water. So loud I couldn't sleep. Put a towel under it and around faucet to muffle the racket. Breakfast biscuits hard as rocks. Signs all around property indicating they aren't responsible for theft or damage to vehicles. Did NOT make me feel safe as female single traveler.
