The toilet was clogged and needed to be rootered. But the maintenance gal got right on it and fixed it.

First time to Chattanooga....loved downtown. Came in town for Ironman and the location was awesome, for a last minute reservation. Great restaurants within walking distance. Staff was super friendly, from the moment I we got there. The GM introduced himself and gave us some great tips. Was great to see him make himself visible to the guests all weekend!

Nada. No complaints. All went very well. Providing parking was a big help since we could jump on the free electric bus and be at the Tennessee Aquarium in a few minutes without worrying. If you need a negative, the tub/shower was sandwiched in a tiny space with the toilet, making it a bit tight.

The manager went out of her way to find a room facing the interior courtyard (and pool). (This in response to my asking for a quiet room, facing away from the road.) Accommodating, good people all around!

There was a lot of yelling in the late hours of the night and in the early hours of the morning both of the nights that we stayed. The walls were fairly thin so it was difficult to fall asleep and we were both woken up early each morning by yelling.

The room was very clean, the staff was incredibly friendly. Our room was in a great location and the hotel itself was in a perfect location for the wedding I was attending. I also appreciated the Moon Pies and RC Colas!

The little attached bar was excellent. The room was clean and updated. The manager was on the [property and greeted us. And the downtown location was close to the interstate and some breakfast places.

Small property, accessibility to room wonderful. Pool right in front of the room. Beds were, I believe pillow-top, slept like a baby. Water pressure in bath is great. A very quiet spot in the evening. Has a breakfast/bar nook called The Downtowner. The Bo has a neat little gym with treadmill and free weight.Staff is extremely friendly/knowledgeable to area, good restaurants and entertainment. Right across the street from the convention center. Local free shuttle to Choo-Choo area as well as riverfront and very clean. A relaxed little place with a first class feel.

Its been a while since we have stayed in a motel type lodging. There was a large student group that was staying the same night and we could hear all the clatter that was going on. The hotel was great, we just lucked out on having a quiet evening or a restful sleep.

The room was clean, beds were comfy, and shower was decent. Staff was nice and helped with accommodations.

We woke up the next morning & discovered that the room had no hot water at all. I contacted Erica at the front desk & she was calm, professional, & amazing & took great care of us! We were able to shower & be on our way. Thanks Erica! 💜

The location was great, the price was perfect! Smooth, easy check-in & hotel was easy to find. Hotel Bo in Chattanooga is super cool, quirky, & we loved the complimentary RC's & moonpies in our room.

A bit noisy since the room we got was on the side closest to the highway(but that could be also a positive thing since the hotel itself is right by the highway). The bathroom could use some work, like the bathtub
