The room key didn't work. Ever. For either the room or the outside door Staff had to let us in our room. And the breakfast left little to be desired. Plus there was $100 deposit that wasn't mentioned anywhere that kinda upsets me bc now I'm waiting for the money to be refunded to me. They keep saying it'll go back to my card, but when? No one will tell me.

The hotel and the room itself was clean and the staff was very helpful. And they didn't super upset at us for oversleeping... so embarrassing.

Was not told ahead of time that the pool was no longer functional, the juice machines for breakfast did not work either, in order to receive clean towels on day 2 had to request in the morning, receive in the evening. Room had an unpleasant odor and ac didn’t truly cool the room down much.

The bed had a weird blanket on it... almost somewhat of a rubbery feel to it. The bathroom needed work...the vent was so dirty that someone wrote no on it.

Very dated. Seemed a little unsafe. There was an extension cord plugged into another extension cord that was then ran through a heat vent and capped off with yellow wire nuts and black electrical tape. The glass window separating the customer from the staff at the front desk was shattered (not sure from what but looked like it was hit with something). Peeling paint in the bathroom. Looked moldy around the bathroom fan and in the corners of the shower.

It seemed like the carpet was a little dirty and I believe there was a picture that had fallen off the wall that left a whole or a mark.

Advertised as providing breakfast. This is very important to me when I travel and part of what my booking decision is based on that. Went to breakfast to find 2 cereals, a few slices of bread. 1 juice, and some milk. Not even bananas and oatmeal as the note stated. When I inquired about it, the staff was not rude but not very concerned and pointed to a sign that said what the breakfast was and told me I could have seen that upon check in. We were traveling and it was a late arrival check and that I did it on line. Breakfast is a very important start to the travel day and important to families. This breakfast gave no options for any special dietary needs like the other hotels I use that have the same sort of set up. There was a family of 4 that left disappointed and another gentleman there that was as disappointed as our group of 3 was. This will cause me think twice before booking with this hotel chain again. VERY DISAPPOINTED 😞 😕 😒!

Lobby decorated nicely. Room looks to have been updated adequately. Kitchen looked great.

Needs attention. Must have lucked out my last stay and got one of the better rooms. Surfaces were dirty, bedding due for replacement, shower in need of repair. Ask for a East side room, traffic noise on the West side is bad. No real breakfast to speak of.
