For starters no warning of the deposit and the room I booked wasn’t available. Lastly I made sure my room was neat and clean and left my towels folded by the door. I work in a furnace so I get pretty dirty so I make sure to wipe the floors where I’m staying and rinse the towels. On my way home they text me saying I wasn’t getting my deposit back because my towels were dirty and they couldn’t wash them. Nothing with the room but just because the towels were dirty.

Property was clean and room service came daily to straighten up the room and deliver towels.

The breakfast was nearly non-existent (hardly anything available), the countertop was FILTHY behind all the appliances, and the waffle maker was out of order. The room was very dusty and it smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke and pot. The refrigerator had not been cleaned out and there was an item left behind. It certainly was NOT worth the value. We have stayed at Best Budget before when we go to Holiday World, but this will be our last.

The pool was a good location and temperature.

My only complaint is that my room was supposed to come with a hair dryer but it didn’t have one.

Overall it was a nice place pretty quiet and private. Super nice TV, lots of space, fairly clean. The pool was really nice too but didn’t end up using it. Also close to a lot of restaurants and stores.

They put me into a nice room until they found out I was here to work and then they put me into a dirty room and the knob in the shower was broken I had to clean my own room but couldn't get rid of the smell and the towels were dirty thank god i brought my own.but the lady at the front desk I assume was the owner was really nice ....

There was no continental breakfast, waffle machine broke, very few pastries to choose from. The room toilet was tight against the sink, no bars in the tub shower for older guest to hold onto.

The water in the shower wasn't even hot turned all the way up. Same with the sink. Pool was closed. And there really wasn't a breakfast as advertised.

There was no coffee pots in either room even though it said there was, the pool was not in swimming order, the ice machine didnt work, the blow dryers in both rooms we rented didnt work and they stopped breakfast at 9am on a Sunday. Each bed only had two pillows and they were thin.

There was no breakfast, no pool, or wifi as stated in ad. I'm very disappointed and upset with my stay. They also was going to keep my $50 deposit because a wash cloth had make up on it. Which I washed out in front of them. The room was not clean and smelled bad. The staff was very rude and unprofessional. I hope this is not the busy you usually book your members with. We looked for another motel, but they were booked.

The motel was extremely nasty and the carpet was moldy and wet.. the bathroom was disgusting.. the ac and internet wasnt working.. there breakfast was 2 muffins and some honey buns and everything else was out of order..

My family and I had reserved three rooms. the first and second room would have been fine. the cigarette smell was bearable. the third room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke (we had reserved non-smoking rooms) and had so many flies in it and there was a bar of soap in the window unit. we asked to get a different room and the manager was accommodating. upon entering the new room (also non-smoking) the marijuana smell was so intense that we just decided to leave the property altogether. the pictures online are not what the property actually looks like.

This motel intrigued me due to the price and the pictures online, however upon arrival the motel does not look as pictured.
