The staff was nice but the place its self was falling apart. The walls and floors had holes. The exterior was very old. We paid so much money for Coachella weekend, they should use that to renovate.

No towel racks in the bathroom, toilet paper holder was broken, the bathtub was dirty and there wasn’t a coffee maker, bedspread had holes.

Hotel neeeds improvement. The advertisement on Booking.com is nothing like the actual hotel. I was expecting microwave refrigerator and seating area ,but none of that was there. I did ask for a refrigerator because it was essential that I have one and the guy on the office was very nice and he has someone deliver it that day. unfortunately there was no microwave so we had to throw away lots of our food and also it was very dirty and the window drape was falling because it was missing a whole hook to hold it up. I also called the guy on the office and he did also send someone to fix that right away but overall the hotel is very old , definitely need improvements,the worst part was that our neighbors And the fumes of smoke and weed ,came into our room was so bad! And they were super loud literally aggressively fighting.cursing and banging on walls My kids got so scared. They did that two days in a row. I wasn’t sure if I wanted to call the cops or just check out, but we still had two days to go and they were already paid for so just suck it up

The guy behind counter was very nice. The hotel is on a very nice area.

I have to ask for wifi pass and towels..(no shampoo or body wash)..can't sleep good because AC next to my bed was to loud. The bathroom window has no lock,,we are worried when we went out for dinner if someone getting in to our room and steal our stuff..We checked under the bed sheets for checking before checking out and we were shocks , the bed was so dirty and moldy.

Advertised amenities, i.e. pool and WiFi, were not available. The room was not in great shape and not clean. There were bugs on the floor and it was incredibly humid while the windows didn't open.

The location - nice walking distance to DTPS and businesses in South Palm Springs. Unbeatable price.

The facilities are very run down it's a very run down Motel. Needed a cheap place to stay and book last minute for memorial weekend. There air conditioner wasbroken but the guy came very fast and fixed it but then it leaked all over my shoes..

The only thing I liked was that the staff was very friendly and we got to check out late with no problem.. Other than not there's no redeeming qualities for this place except. It did have a Mini fridge and a microwave but that's it..

Run down tv didn't work. Room smelled like smoke. Shower and tub water ran at same time filled tub with water while taking a shower. Poor lighting at night.

All the surfaces in the rooms seemed to be greasy / had something odd on them. Generally a strange smell in the room, didnt feel clean at all - bathroom was filthy too. WiFi didnt reach room either.

The room was very rundown. The front was off the air conditioning unit, just laying on the desk, revealing an extremely dirty filter. The door on the dresser had a wedge of paper inserted to hold it closed. There was handprints and yucky marks on the dresser and desk.

The location was good and the view from our window was great.

Until rooms are in better shape the price is very high. Our bathroom and shower floor looked like a public park cement floor we didn’t shower while there. Our non-smoking room smelled like an ash tray. Power went out, missing lightbulb. My sister’s room had a broken floor board laying away from the wall. Some outlets had no frame. Lobby full of repair supplies. The repair guy wanted to check a bulb in our room while we were in the pool. He looked homeless, dirty long hair and missing teeth. I got out of the pool to go in room with him. Our belongings were in the room. There was an issue with my credit card being double charged but it was fixed. New owner seems nice but If it were not for the pool we would have left.
