The smell of the room but the bathroom was def bottom of the barrel. Rate of the room was good for CA.

It could definitely use some updating. Biggest disappointment was the bathroom. They are trying with the room but the age of the hotel shows in the bathroom.

Satellite TV was constantly tiling. No cold water at the bathroom sink. No hot water at the shower. Shower head was broken.

had to wait 30 minutes before anyone appeared to check me in, gave me a key to a room that was already booked with a guest inside, switched rooms to a TV that didn’t work and wires coming out of the walls. broken door lock. parking was an issue, and a large off leash dog running around the property putting my dogs at risk.

. Not enough towels. Looks very poor maintained from the outside. Maybe some cleaning around the facilities will help.

Room smelled , was very stuffy we had to keep our door and window open for at least an hr. So the smell would mellow out.

This is an older facility that has not been maintained/modernized well. The door was almost impossible to close/lock since the frame had so many layers of paint on it. The key was a standard household brass key and it was provided loose without a key ring and ID tag. Age and appearance aside, this did not feel like a secure room to me.

I have traveled a great number of times to the US and stayed at a large variety of motels and hotels! This was the lowest quality place ever! Unprofessional staff, non working electronic payment process, poorly working toilet and a general feeling of lousy facilities.

door could not lock. The faucet had one knob broken. The desk had a broken mirror on it (not dangerous). The TV remote wasn't working.

somebody was playing a lot of base on a synthesizer my manager was outside clearing up some carfufle, 2 am. but the music kept playing. loss of sleep.

Scary. Guys on 2nd floor balcony watching us when we pulled in looked menacing. Office smelled like pot. Guy in area in front of lobby smoking pot. Car dropping of drunk vagrant who walked around back. Room lights didn't all work. We didn't feel safe. Didn't feel our cars were safe. Decided to leave and stay 10 mins away in a much better place for $50 more. Would not recommend.

Lights in the bathroom didn’t work. one lock on the door didn’t work. Difficult to get service at the front desk. Bugs in my families room. Gentleman from the motel that spoke with him was very rude.

clerk was asleep when checking in and seemed irritated when woken up, later asked for towels and shower was missing curtain when asked for curtain & towels because room had only one big towel and 3 hand towels and toilet paper clerk had a attitude. she brought them and expected me to put up the curtain. Towels were dirty with hair and stains. Guy was sitting outside in the evening on table blowing his meth pipe. next morning after shower the water was leaking into room area.

Towels were thin. Sheets stained easily. There were sex workers everywhere. We caught them trying to open windows when we were walking back to the room a few times and one of them broke into the room, left her shirt, panties, and bra in the bathroom. It really disgusted and freaked out my partner.
