We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesThis is an older facility that has not been maintained/modernized well. The door was almost impossible to close/lock since the frame had so many layers of paint on it. The key was a standard household brass key and it was provided loose without a key ring and ID tag. Age and appearance aside, this did not feel like a secure room to me.

United StatesScary. Guys on 2nd floor balcony watching us when we pulled in looked menacing. Office smelled like pot. Guy in area in front of lobby smoking pot. Car dropping of drunk vagrant who walked around back. Room lights didn't all work. We didn't feel safe. Didn't feel our cars were safe. Decided to leave and stay 10 mins away in a much better place for $50 more. Would not recommend.

United Statesclerk was asleep when checking in and seemed irritated when woken up, later asked for towels and shower was missing curtain when asked for curtain & towels because room had only one big towel and 3 hand towels and toilet paper clerk had a attitude. she brought them and expected me to put up the curtain. Towels were dirty with hair and stains. Guy was sitting outside in the evening on table blowing his meth pipe. next morning after shower the water was leaking into room area.

We caught them trying to open windows when we were walking back to the room a few times and one of them broke into the room, left her shirt, panties, and bra in the bathroom. It really disgusted and freaked out my partner.
