There was an enormous cockroach in my room. It was literally the biggest I've ever seen! I kicked it out of my room; the cockroach ran into the room next door. There is a small hole at the bottom of the doors; I think that's how these critters get in.

The furniture had a little wear, but still was comfy. Lamps were the main source of light, with no overhead lighting, especially if you keep the curtains closed for privacy. Other than that, it was a pleasant, quiet, and relaxing. I didn't like that I had to leave.

The room was clean and spacious with nice amenities. Comfy beds and pillows. Quiet room, despite being near a freeway. The room A/C was a plus on our visit to beat the heat. Also, the pool was clean, cool and we were the only ones using it on a hot day. The staff was friendly and helpful. Take advantage of the free breakfast, a nice selection breakfast items including batter to make your own waffle. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of a shopping center and restaurants.

Only one Ice machine on the whole property the other one was not working.Air conditioner was dripping water ,its soaked the carpet and the edge of the bed.We had 4 people on the room,I ask the the front desk if i could have some towels and wash cloth since we had 2 towels and 2 wash cloth in the room,she told me housekeeping is gone for the day .she didn't have any.Went to the lobby at 9:15 am for breakfast on day 1 and they said breakfast was over at 9:00am. The 2nd day i ask housekeeping if i could have some more towels,she said i had to give her the dirty one which i only had 2,told her i needed 4 towels she said i cane give you only 2 since i had 2 dirty one.

How can the counter staff treat me as a criminal? I checked into the hotel at around 11:55pm on July 18th, and I went to take a shower when I got to my room. The police nearly smashed the door and came in, and I was half way through the shower. I was called to the door by the police, and the police checked my ID and knew that I was not a criminal arrested by the police. I was still barefoot when I arrived at the door, and the phone and the door key were in the room. I asked the police if you could go to the counter and ask the waiter to come up and open the door. The police said yes, I waited nearly 2:00AM, and then pushed the door only to find that the door was unlocked. The next day I told the manager what happened, and the manager answered me. How do I know if you are a criminal! Is this how your hotel treats its guests? I have called the customer service department to complain, call 1800-780-7234, I hope they will give me a reasonable explanation

staff was rude shut the pool down in the summer we were there with a soccer team. rooms smelled and the A/C was bad the loud fan in the restroom was horrible when you turned on the light to use bathroom or take a shower

The room had a sour smell. The bathroom sink was dirty. There was a smudge of something on the phone. The sheets did not appear clean. I was shocked that they could charge over $200 per night for this room.

The reception staff was pleasant and tried.

The floors were very dirty in my room, especially around the bed there were piles of dirty. The top of the desk was covered on something very sticky. The ac unit blew out black chunks.

The staff was very friendly and nice. Check in and out process was great.
