I thought the Water Park tickets were included with the hotel .. At least they should give a discount on tickets to the water park. Let one get accommodation at the hotel.. thanks

Shower door did not keep water in, flooding bathroom floor. (A design flaw--desk clerk didn't even ask our room # when I reported it.) One sink tap also leaked a bit. Neither of these is really my problem, but aesthetically, you know... Might have enjoyed a soak in an actual tub if there'd been one.

Very decent and convenient restaurant, coffee bar. Staff were great.

Parking, no menus for in room dining online or in the room. Also the internet was terrible. The TV constantly lost internet.

THERE WAS A SLIGHT LEAF IN THE CEILING ABOVE THE COFFEE MAKER. WE PUT A TRASH CAN UNDER IT AND NOTIFIED THE STAFF THE NEXT MORNING.

THE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. THE ROOM WAS LARGE WITH EVERYTHING WE NEEDED.

The pool was small and way too crowded. The view over the rooftop and giant parking lot wasn’t appealing. The staff billed me double the rate I was supposed to receive; then I had to reach out twice for them to correct it.

It had a really nice restaurant and gym in addition to a small Starbucks.

Beds were uncomfortable and not much towels offered at check in including a broken tv in our larger deluxe room. The lighting was poor on upper floor rooms especially for my father’s room who can’t see well.

The hotel had lots to do including water park full gym pool and eating inside. Definitely all inclusive for family.

The public having access to many parts of the hotel without too much security.

The rooms were very clean, the beds and pillows were comfortable. The food and service at their restaurant and on site Starbucks were very good. And the pool and hot tub were perfect after a day out shopping.

We were surprised that no water was provided in the room for drinking.At least 2 smaller bottles would have been nice.Usually they are in the rooms, just for the initial welcome.The ice machine on our floor was not working, which was disappointing considering there is only one per floor.Lastly, both beds fitted sheets did not fit.They were coming off the mattresses while sleeping.

Pulling up to the facility, it was beautifully light up.The lights looks so inviting.The staff was extremely friendly, check in was fast, and the lobby is filled with places to grab a bite or a coffee.

Bar is too small for the size of the hotel, and the restaurant staff is not really supportive if you are with a group, and not all people are 'ready' at the same time to go for diner. You don't get a table if not the whole party is present... So not really usefull for buisiness diners when people want to drop in later, and have drinks first.

Comfortable room, quiet at night, good temperature, not too warm/cold when the AC is switched off. When AC is switched on, it is an even constant noise, so easy to sleep with it. Breakfast service was great and friendly. Unlike diner service.

We were a little confused that there was a sign in the bathroom saying housekeeping during the stay was by request only, but housekeeping came to our door both mornings and had to be told multiple times we didn't need/want anything.

Good location for a Halloween in Salem. Close to plenty of restaurants, and shops. But out of the way enough for a quiet stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the rooms had decent sound blocking, we barely noticed any noise from other guests.

The tv only got 4 news stations. They have direct tv but most of the stations were sound only. I called the front desk and they sent a technician, who looked at the tv and said that he had never seen this before and offered us another room but it was already 11p at night, so we stayed in the room. I think we should be compensated for the amount of money we paid for the room.

The breakfast was fantastic! The buffet had a lot of choices to choose from! I think for what we paid for room, the breakfast should be included. The bar had great selection of food and reasonably priced. The staff were very prompt and friendly. The room was clean.

Conference room on ground floor was being used. Breakout was right near the lifts so people congregated there making it challenging for new guests to get to the lift. Hotel management should develop a plan to control such events for all there guests.

Very helpful staff. We had booked a double bed room as that was the only choice on Booking.com . On the hotel site a King room was available so the Guest services team switched it over.
