We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

NetherlandsHotel is dated, which isn’t a big issue except the bathroom. There is no ventilation, so it stays very humid in the bathroom. This also translates in a very humid hotel room to a point where there was condensation on the windows. Opening the doors didn’t really fix that. The $35 parking fee is unnecessary, free parking across the street. Hotel parking isn’t fenced off so this area is secured “the same way” imo.
Beds were comfortable, location was descent and price was good. Staff was friendly.

United StatesThe attitude of the lady who try to made my check in, I didn’t get her name, but she looks Asian. She was totally unprofessional. My room wasn’t ready at 5:00 pm when the check in was at 4:00 pm. The lady said there wasn’t an estimate time to be ready and I told my boyfriend we didn’t have another option so we will wait at the pool and then she answered “you can cancel”, basically if you don’t like it you can leave. We were in town for a concert and it would started at 7:00 pm. So my room wasn’t ready because their fault and also I get a mediocre response instead of trying to make better my experience after the bad news about my room. I got really upset and I asked for the manager. Gerry was in front of the desk and he really help us out, thanks to him we got a room right away and he was REALLY NICE, he knew how to handle the situation with a great spirit and made our experience better (he gave us an upgrade) after the treatment of the lady. THANK U SO MUCH GERRY. You’re the best! BTW there was a homeless lady living and enjoying the gym amenities, we thought she was probably waiting for her room but after a while we noticed she wasn’t. (she jumped in the jacuzzi with clothes and she was hanging out in the facilities) of course my bf and I lost our intentions to relax in there.
The amenities, pool in indoors, although it isn’t climatized. They have the best outdoor view in the area.

United StatesWe were in building 3 and got lost getting there more than once in the brief stay. It was frustrating, but probably could have been made easier for us. The rooms are dated. It looks like the lobby was upgraded, but not the rooms.
Loved the location on the marina. We had a view, but since we attended a wedding the first day, we didn't really get to enjoy it. Of course, the cookies were fantastic. We even gave one to our Uber driver when he talked about the cookies. The lobby is beautiful.

United StatesDated furniture and decor, the wood of bathroom door deteriorating. No exhaust fan in the bathroom (Isn't this against the law?) Penetrating odor in the hotel (due to cleaning agents?) Patio door eeds to be better cleaned. (Didn't get a chance to use pool or hot tub).
We liked the room with a view of the Marina best. Ample opportunity to walk to birding area on one side and Cesar Chavez Park on the other. Quiet. Nice size room. Attentive staff. Restaurant was quite good.

United StatesThere was no furniture on the balconies (except for the marina view rooms), no microwave in room as stated in the ad, and parking was very highly priced. The hardware on the front door for protection was very cheap and could easily be broken off by anyone trying to get into the room.
The location on the marina, having an outside dining option, and the staff were all wonderful. The rooms were very pleasant and comfortable. The breakfast add-on option was a great value!

United StatesOur room was on the 2nd floor, we wanted to let some fresh air in; but our balcony sliding door wouldn’t open. The air conditioning was adjustable from wall; but the unit was very loud. Also, exiting the parking, we needed the room key; but the room key would never work on the exit. The room key did work entering the parking again though. Other than those few issues; the stay was nice; the hotel was clean.
