    We were given a room next to the ice and vending machines at check-in. I then returned to the check-in and requested a different room away from the noise of the ice and vending machines. I was told no rooms were available for the price I was paying. I asked if the reservation indicated that the room was adjacent to the vending area. The response I received was, "It didn't say it was not." I suggested the young lady with an unempathetic demeanor look again. She found a different room. I thank her.

    1. The room wasn't ready as the pool doors were locked, and they worked over an hour to get them open (says the guy at the desk). I'm not sure how that delayed my check-in? 2. "Finally, your room is ready." No one said - There's a lounge - a pool - breakfast. Nothing but - Finally, your room is ready. 3. Called back to the desk 2 hours later as they forgot to get a card for the deposit. 4. Had to ask for toilet paper, as we had none.

    Had to pay for breakfast even though when I booked it said Breakfast was free. Had an issue with my daughter having a friend join us for the weekend when she arrived at the hotel. Stayed 4 nights would've liked some type of incentive maybe a free night or something especially after what I paid total upon checkout

    Beautiful hotel. Great pool. Loved the all access room

    They really need to update the door knobs, my husband got stuck in the bathroom. The door would not open. We had to call the front desk to come and help us. They were very helpful and were able to help us quickly.

    It was clean and the staff was friendly.

    We had no hot water in our room, room had cob webs on the walls bed looked like it was broken sunk down when you sat on the edge and box spring went down with it as well, told location we had no hot water and they just said it was a room they don’t normally rent out cause they are aware of the room not having hot water and that we needed to let it run for abt 15 mins to warm up but left it on and running and water was ice cold the whole time and we tried 3 times

    the pool smelled like pee to many unsupervised kids and no kid fallowed the rules ….they where in ppls faces and very annoying

    Very run down facilities. ☹️. Broken things everywhere, very much in need of updating. Bed was very uncomfortable, sinks in the middle of the mattress. The price we paid was way too much for what we got.

    Staff was friendly. Size of room was fine.

    The bathroom was the smallest and oldest design of the three hotels we experienced this week.

    We stayed at three different chain hotels this week. The other two had great breakfast at no charge and they were 30% to 50% cheaper room rates and much better breakfast.

    The pool was freezing cold. there was a rusty broken pool light sitting on the bottom of the pool with electrical cords attached to it. tiles were broken around the pool right by the steps to get in it. We attempted to eat in the restaurant inside the hotel, and it took an hour to get our food and it wasn’t good. The pretzel bites were burnt. The chicken Alfredo was also burnt and had almost no Alfredo sauce on it. other people were waiting to eat, and they ended up closing the restaurant/ option for food. The server said she didn’t have any help, which is unfortunate.

    We were walked to another hotel for our first night due to overbooking and then had to pay a higher rate to stay our second night—even though we were told we would stay for free. We were also traveling with a 4 month old baby and didn’t find out we were walked until we arrived at 9pm. I was hoping to get my baby right to bed when we arrived, instead he couldn’t go to bed until 10pm because we find and get to another hotel. Also, the daytime shift manager was rude.

    Electricity was out until 830pm so couldn't get to the room until then because the elevators were not working. There was no customer service recovery. No cookie, no breakfast or even bottle of water.

    The hotel was very dated. It was not very clean and the pool has not been in use for a while. There was breakfast, but the food was not pleasant. They had 1 server and it looked to be all microwaved.

    A/C fan can not be turned off. It's very old and VERY loud. Entire hotel in need of renovation. No water in Swimming pool

    Bed was large and comfortable. Water pressure in shower was good. TV was big and modern.

    No breakfast buffet included. I assumed there would be something included. Not even coffee. Sit down restaurant pricey. Key card didn’t work on outside back door to get to room so had to walk half way around building. Later they had it propped open.

    Clean room. Quiet.
