The bathroom sink was not draining at first, but this was repaired quickly. I found the quality of the food options at breakfast and dinner very lacking. Healthy options and fruit and vegetables were very limited. I found the decor of the hotel - the blacks and browns - very dark and drab, especially in a city like NOLA. Would have been nice to have a tea kettle and drinking water in rooms, or water filling stations on every floor.

The location was great. 20 mins walk from the French quarter. Far enough to not be noisy but close enough to be convenient. All the facilities were adequate. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

At the time, they were putting a new roof on the location and the machine taking shingles up and down was right outside our window.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. It was clean. Bed was comfortable.

Great value for money. the breakfast isn't your regular hotel breakfast...it has made to order along with so many choices...wonderful. The hotel also offered free drinks and appetizers in the afternoon, but we were unable to take advantage of this. We will definitely return.

It was a walking distance from The French quarter so there was lots to do. It was clean and comfortable and the staff was helpful when we asked them about parking. The Kickback was amazing and felt like a full meal for us even though it was described as snacks.

I chose this hotel because the reviews were consistently outstanding. On the surface, it doesn't look like anything special, but I've never experienced such awesome hospitality at such a reasonable price. The breakfast, drinks, and dinner were fantastic. How can they afford to offer this?! It's just wow. 10/10 will stay again, and at any Drury hotel if there's one around. The room had high ceilings and was surprisingly quiet. We stayed 5 nights and it was the perfect home base.

RM 216 Okay size, small bathroom with the door always in the way, the vent didn’t work & no view of nothing.

We liked the fact that we could park our own vehicle & didn’t HAVE TO valet. We liked the idea of the free kickback lunch unless it was secretly added into the price.

The food was all around very good. If I had to mention anything it would be the breakfast fruit and coffee selections. Limited. Stay away from happy hour.

Location, Clean and Staff. Can't say enough about the Staff. Definitely returning. Far away but close enough. Locals will get it. Pool and jacuzzi available.

Parking costs $34 daily so you are better off walking or using uber.

Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast had hot and cold options. Location was close to Jackson park and about a walkable mile from Riverwalk mall. We used uber to get to places like French Market and Bourbon Street.

The rooms were a little out dated. While it didn't deter from our stay it was noticeable. Our room was on the corner of the building facing Poydras and the hotel parking lot so it was a little noisy, but not unmanageable.

The location was easy to access and convenient to the French Quarter and the trolley. The happy hour food and drinks were a nice addition with small kids it gave us something to snack on before dinner or even became dinner a couple of nights.

We did not realize the Wind Down in the afternoons included drinks and food. With Wind Down and their full buffet, we felt very well taken care of.

Could not get hot water in sink in the evenings. Had to wash up using bath. Mornings were not much better. Had to run it full for quite a while to get it to warm up a little.
