Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesThe bathroom sink was not draining at first, but this was repaired quickly. I found the quality of the food options at breakfast and dinner very lacking. Healthy options and fruit and vegetables were very limited. I found the decor of the hotel - the blacks and browns - very dark and drab, especially in a city like NOLA. Would have been nice to have a tea kettle and drinking water in rooms, or water filling stations on every floor.
The location was great. 20 mins walk from the French quarter. Far enough to not be noisy but close enough to be convenient. All the facilities were adequate. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

United StatesI chose this hotel because the reviews were consistently outstanding. On the surface, it doesn't look like anything special, but I've never experienced such awesome hospitality at such a reasonable price. The breakfast, drinks, and dinner were fantastic. How can they afford to offer this?! It's just wow. 10/10 will stay again, and at any Drury hotel if there's one around. The room had high ceilings and was surprisingly quiet. We stayed 5 nights and it was the perfect home base.

Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast had hot and cold options. Location was close to Jackson park and about a walkable mile from Riverwalk mall. We used uber to get to places like French Market and Bourbon Street.

United StatesThe rooms were a little out dated. While it didn't deter from our stay it was noticeable. Our room was on the corner of the building facing Poydras and the hotel parking lot so it was a little noisy, but not unmanageable.
The location was easy to access and convenient to the French Quarter and the trolley. The happy hour food and drinks were a nice addition with small kids it gave us something to snack on before dinner or even became dinner a couple of nights.
