The Drury Inn is a great stay on a budget, but it is not a luxury hotel.

The facilities were dated. The room was just ok. It was kind of musty and the bathroom wasn't that nice. The whole hotel could use a face lift.

The location was good. The free food and drinks were a nice touch. The hot tub and poll were great.

    There was nothing to fault.

As always a great stay at a Drury Plaza. This one in New Orleans is only a short walk away from the main tourist areas. The streetcar is just a few yards away from the hotel too. Included in the room rate is a great breakfast and the 5.30pm kickback adding value to the stay. Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean. For those fancying a dip there is a rooftop pool with sunloungers, chairs and tables. Pool towels are provided free of charge. All the staff - front of house, bar, dining area and housekeeping were fantastic. We just love Drury Plaza Hotels and always stay at them where we can.

Good value for money in NOLA

More options for breakfast. We stayed 3 nights and at the end we would have loved to be able to eat differently.

Good location in NOLA. Walking distance to the French Quarters but not IN the French Quarters so you avoid all the noise (and believe me, there is a noise!). Big, comfortable room. Self-parking (you need to pay for it but just like in any other hotel in the city). Good value for money.

Exterior walls are rather thin, so street noise and traffic can be disruptive.

Extremely comfortable with great location. The staff was wonderful and the kickback was a great added value. I would absolutely choose the same hotel next time.

The location was awesome and the room was nice. The restaurant area was a little dirty during breakfast but I think that was mainly because it was busy and people were being messy. We were able to walk to the French District and the WWII museum. There's a street car stop on the corner and for $3 you can get unlimited rides all day. The girl at the front desk was awesome!

Place had an "old" feel about it.

Breakfast was good, the "snacks" and drinks at 5:30 were excellent. So you only had to worry about lunch and it gave you the ability to pick during the day as you walked around. The staff was outstanding, very helpful and courteous.

Air conditioning. Sofa couch too uncomfortable to use, had to share beds.

It was very convenient having onsite hot breakfast, multiple choices of food available. The location was perfect for us as we used the streetcar often. Carondelet is actually Bourbon street once you cross Canal. Plan to walk about 1/2 mile to the most populated area. Friendly, very accommodating staff! Beds comfortable but don’t rely on the sofa couch or you will be sorry. We had a little trouble with air working properly but overall we’re pleased with our stay. Bonus having kickbacks and patio area to relax and decompress in between activities. Would stay at this hotel again. Ms. Bee very pleasant:-)

The breakfast was lukewarm. Not just one item, but soggy, lukewarm potatoes, Luke warm eggs and biscuits. Even the gravy was lukewarm. Not at all like other Drury hotels I have visited. In the heart of New Orleans.

I really didn’t have any issues with the property, except I wish the pool was indoor, because it was cold outside.

I loved the location and the amenities. I was hoping it was going to be just as enjoyable as the when I stayed at the one in Knoxville, TN and it was.
