The property was a little dingy but that makes sense for the price. I didn’t go to the pool because the instructions to get there were too confusing.

Staff was nice, the room was clean, and the bed was huge.

The bed was a little hard with back problems.

It's very quiet. My service dog was allowed to stay no extra charge. Staff was very friendly. The room was good sized. Had a swimming pool witch was great.

Pool wasn't open, or hot tub. No ice in the ice machine.

Breakfast and location both were awesome. Right on the way to where we were going. Very clean the bed was comfortable. Not hard or to soft. Even got a late checkout.

Run down, no soap or shampoo. I had to use body wash i had packed to wash my hands!

Requested room 2-4 in building 1 due to wife being handicapped and cannot go up stairs. Was given room 12. Staff adjusted and gave us room 90. Noise from upstairs room at late hours did not allow for a very good nights rest.

I didn't realize our fridge wasn't keeping cool enough & it ruined a few things. The last night our TV receiver wasn't working right & some very loud people were in the room above us. At 1:00 I couldn't handle it anymore & so we drove 3 hours home in the middle of the night.

It was in a great location & The staff was very friendly.

In the morning the pool was closed For maintanence , again. My daughter was ready to go swimming, but couldn't At night the bed felt itchy, but no red spots the next morning.

The area was very cramped and there was not much of a variety in food. I think they could do much better. Fruits, juice, cereal or even bagels would be good.

Housekeepers knocked once at 9 am then started coming in without giving a chance to answer when we were staying over another night. Room still had the previous guests dogs food in the corner and the floor looked like it hadn't been mopped in a while.

The beds are comfortable, our dog was allowed to be there. The continental breakfast was delish.

I hate giving bad reviews. I truly do, but as soon as you walked into the room it smelled strongly of urine. The bathroom was especially bad and I think it was the source of the smell. It was like someone peed on the floor and on the carpet by the floor and no one ever cleaned it. it wasn’t animal urine, it was human.

it was close to everything and fairly easy to get to.

Fridge not clean. Hard beds. Large rock areas for pet potty area. No grass. Breakfast was very poor. Burnt eggs, butter was multi-use not single use, no waffles, no Danish, 1 type muffin cut into 5ths. Serious help in those areas. 1 outlet to charge phones/tablets. Not electronic accessories acceptable. Would need an extension cord to use bathroom sink outlet while in bed.

Pet friendly room was good. It didn't smell like pets as some places do. Close to Safeway, restaurants and highway. Pet area convenient to room location.

only that the pancake machine was not available. your motel is the first one we ever stayed in that had a pancake machine, maybe 20-25 years ago so was surprised and disappointed not to see it (or a replacement) when we went for breakfast. we'll be back a number of times the rest of this year so maybe next time it'll be repaired or replaced! ??
