i had to wait 20 mins to check in because no one was at the front desk. then i started walking around the place and the lady was in the back room sleeping

It wasn’t worth the money, hardly no good cable channels and there were roaches in our room and had to be switched to another room

The location is by a lot of stores and the staff was friendly

They were renovating although I saw no one working. Furniture was stacked all over outside. Pool didn’t open until 11 and check out was at 11. We didn’t check in until after 4:30 and so it was too cool to go swimming then . We swam the next day but didn’t get to swim the next day because it didn’t open until check out time.

Room floors sticky, bath mat soiled with wiped dirt and only one waffle iron waiting to be used by many.

The TV was broken...and the best they could offer was to move to another room, small refund. I had traveled all day and the last thing I wanted to do once arriving and settling in was move again.

I liked that the staff was nice and allowed me to switch rooms after the first room was bad without issues or fuss. 2nd room met my expectations.

Rooms we not as clean as I would hope. First room was so bad, we had to ask for a different room. There was hair and crumbs in the sheets, the floor was not swept. There were limes in the dresser. The breakfast offered was only a waffle maker. There was nothing else.

Good price and location. If youre looking for a basic hotel, this one is ok. Parking lot is well lit.

Ok pricing. Would like a better discount for business. We stay multiple nights for multiple weeks with very little discount.

We were checked into a room at 10pm. The bed DID NOT HAVE LINENS❗❗ The pillows had blood stain on 1 of them... Then we were given a hassle to move rooms... While one of the staff searched the property for clean linens❗❗

The room was basically clean, but on the back of the bathroom door, it looked like splotches of blood. I wiped it down with disinfectant wipes. I was expecting more, like maybe some eggs. Waffle iron kept sticking.

The breakfast was very poor. No options. Only waffle, microwave frozen sausage biscuit and orange juice. No fruit, bread, cereal etc.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Air conditioning, shower was good.

Bed was well used. Funky smell when you walked into the room. Had a problem on night number 3 with water leaking from the room above.

I was given a room of 242. but there were still people in it. it was 10 pm when I opened their door. I could have been shot.

Problem with booking.com. Reservation was not able to be found at check in, even using the confirmation number. We had to pay for another reservation. So double the room cost! The hotel even tried twice to find the reservation without success. So booking.com was the worst part of the plan.

Staff was very helpful and did a good job.

The beds are hard and but not terrible . A pillowtop would solve this issue. I also wish the restaurant and pool were open. The area could use a little restaurant variety, the owners are Indian I believe maybe they should open an Indian restaurant.

The staff was very nice and worked to make my stay pleasant. I was placed in the requested room and the hospitality staff maintained the room well.

I had on white socks and the bottom turned black from the floor, made me wonder if the place was actually clean. The tub was slippery and I had to buy a mat to keep from falling as I am handicapped. The light on the one side of the bed was not plugged in and the lights were a bit din.

The bed was good, and we had an end room. Fairly quiet.
