Without a doubt the parking spots are definitely too small,each should be at least 6 inches wider..If you drive a Smart car or Mini Cooper the spots are perfectly sized.. No means to cook and only have tiny refrigerator..

Staff was attentive to our requests.. the pool was decent and rarely had anyone else in it ,had it to ourselves a few times.. The building has pretty good sound resistance as I rarely herd any noise while sleeping.. The shower was nice and warm with great water pressure..The room didn’t have any odor ..

very very outdated. the couch and chair were so worn and dirty we didn’t sit in them. the curtains had a gross stain of some sort. carpet was dingy and bathroom sink had zero water pressure.

When we arrived a staff member tried to stop us from parking in the lot before she knew we were guests.The bathroom was in shambles , the bed was uncomfortable . No elevator to take our luggage up on.Terrible!!

the oceanfront view of our room was partially blocked by food trucks, but that was one of the main reasons we stayed here.It was actually the best thing about this room though

There was no breakfast. Only coffee. no tea either. Got charged an extra reservation fee. Was this legitimate? Cleaning did not happen each day. Only cleaned after we left. No pool open. It looks nice though. Outside steps etc needed more cleaning. Hard to find parking even for the one car. The bookingsite mentioned a second car only certain dates. I am not sure if we were outside of those dates but anyhow even for one car it was hard to find parking in the lot. We had major problems finding parking for a second car. Virginia Beach is not good for finding parking at all. No way to use lobby which would have helped with differing bedtimes of our group. No elevator but we were on the second floor and that was fine. Three floors to this hotel. luckily they accommodated us with a second floor room since we wanted a better view but not the task of climbing up three flights.

Location was perfect. It was a smaller hotel in the midst of huge towering ones. And that was fine. Patio and view of ocean lovely. Beds were comfortable. Size of room was fine and as described. Got extra towels as needed since there were 4 of us. accommodted each of these types of requests easily. price was as determined on site but see extra charge below. Clerks were mostly friendly. safe in room had key in it. no extra chrage for this. fridge was adequate and actually bigger than some hotel mni fridges. We brought coolers so that worked out fine. bureau and hangers were fine. Room enough for all to put luggage. table in room was adequate for our needs. we did not watch TV but it was a large screen. Internet was offered at no extra charge. I liked that it was an older hotel and just three floors. Added a bit of history to VA Beach. It once was not soo crowded after all.

Like how they split me and my family up one on the top floor and one on the first floor. Very upsetting both rooms was in my name common sense says make sure their rooms are close together

Parking is horrible. No continental breakfast says due to Covid but every restaurant around was open and serving.

There were some minor issues with the shower plumbing. TV had cable but kids channels had no sound off and on. Ground floor doesn't have a great view of the ocean like the second and third floor, but the easy access to the beach was nice.

Bathrooms updated. The toilet didn't flush unless you remembered to lift the handle. The price for the weekend was ridiculous. 3 nights should not cost $800+ for a weekend, even if there was a tournament.

The location was great. Bed was comfortable. There wasn't any breakfast and I was OK with that. I liked that there were bikes available to ride.

The AC in the room every hour to couple of hours would make a horrible loud noise like metal scraping when the fan would automatically turn off. Woke both my children up multiple times. Don't expect to get fresh coffee from the lobby past 4pm, but they will have it there all day and night.. just make sure you ask when it was made. The toilet is very shallow, beware.

The location was unbeatable and the staff was helpful and friendly. Stunning view of the boardwalk and didn't need to get in the car once the entire stay.

They didn't have any breakfast as advertised......at least coffee was available.... They need to verify the rooms have towels ECT....had to use one of my clean shirts I packed to dry off w, that made for a unpleasant experience.rbey should consider having a 24/7 resteraunt on site even a coffee and donut shop, also they have a pool bit wasn't open

Grounds were unkept, air did not work. Bed needs new mattress. Big dip in the middle of the bed. People bringing their pets to poo on the lawn. Needs some updates.
