Things was falling apart, the sheets had holes, no phone, So we was getting our things ready to leave and the cleaning lady came and knocked and we told her to give us a few mins and then the man from the office came and asked us if we was leaving and it wasn’t even 11 yet and we had to be checked out by then, that was very rude. Especially if we wasn’t late on checking out

1. REPAIRS NEEDED - Lock on door needs repair Sink needs replacing. 2. I was extremeley reluctant to even touch anything. The appearance of everything gave me an apprehensive feeling. 3. I was reluctant to even sleep in the bed. I only slept under the fancy top sheet - never pulled back the covers. 4. NOISE - The late night party being held in parking area just ouside my door lasted for an extremely long time. The sound of traffic was very loud. 5. I booked 3 nights. I only stayed 1 due to all the above. I forfeited $$$ for 2 nights lodging. Slept in my car next 2 nights. 6. There appeared to be a prostitute working a room across the parking lot from me. She sat in her car until a man would arrive and then into the room they went. Happened repeatedly.

The Proprietor was very nice and courteous and trying to work as best he could with a very run down property. All items were there, just far below my expcetations.

Dogs in the room next to us barked all night and they wouldn't move us to a different room. I had to call twice about the deposit not being returned. It's been a month and we still haven't received it back.

First I have been to this motel many times but they have always put me in the good rooms in the front they put me in the back in the ghetto part hair on the chair the room smell like something old the walls need to be washed and the bathroom OMG I did not take a bath and when it was light outside I left also the bed was a full size bed when it was supposed to be a king bed and the microwave no ty

It was awful .Did not get my deposit back for the dog...supposed to be 70 but then with dog deposit and stuff I end up spending $152 for that one night stay,No towels,or door was messed up and had issues shutting because outside door handle was off track and not installed correctly,The hot water ran out fast,There was no breakfast on the morning as advertised online,And after check out I left snd expected $60 deposit to be returned into bank account but instead of money being refunded and deposited onto my account and additional $60 was withdrawed from my bank account and then another transaction of $100 was processed however my bank didn't have that much at the time so it declined it .I called office and the lady was so rude and tried to say I wasn't refunded deposit because of some mark or spot on the mirror and they classified the dirty mirror being damaged and thats why they charged me $60 additional even tho the mirror was not damaged and did not have be replaced,It just needed to be cleaned and wiped down as it should already from the house keeper.the lady cussed me out when I told her damaged would be if the mirror had a crack or broke or needed to be replaced...but it wasnt and its the house keeper job to clean any spots of mirror and I shoudnt be with held from my deposit or charged additional and she hung up on me.I had someone who at stay with me there and she called and spoke to lady and she was rude to her as well .. next day $60 was refunded however that was just for the additional fee they tries to charge me they never refunded my original deposit of $60 just the extra deposit they charged because of spots on the mirror...

Not clean. Roaches everywhere. Guy at front desk was not direct about the deposit. I paid with a card just want to make sure I get the $60 from the deposit. The website said $50. And they didn't have the room fee and deposit separate.

It was somewhere to stay with a hot shower. The best part was the shower.

Did not get any of house keeping, our fridge was froze over, and we had to melt the ice ourselves, no towels could be given when asked, and I kept having to go ask for toilet paper. Room was a mess, stains on the pillow cases. And there were a good bit of roaches.

the staff was very nice, and the other people who stayed there. Walking distance to a gas station was also good. And they had a good drink machine.

The bathroom wasn't clean, the toilet had urine on it, the floor was dirty as well as the sink and shower. The latch on the door was broken. I didn't feel safe at all. At 10:30a housekeeping knocked on the door even though checkout time was at 11a.

I didn't like anything about it but my situation didn't allow more time for me to search for anything else.

TListed Not enough towels. Only 1 towel for my husband and I. The dresser was missing 2 drawers. There was a wad of hair on the nightstand like a man had cleaned his comb. I stayed in a smoking room, but there was no ashtray. No ice machine which I really needed considering I was staying there post hip surgery. They Do Not serve breakfast even though its listed that they do. They said it's because of covid but I have been to several hotels since the beginning of 2021 and all were serving breakfast. That's the one thing that drew me there. I feel like they were just taking advantage of the situation to try to save money. I would definitely not recommend this hotel. Horrible!!

The room did need a little tlc. A little noisy at times but it is of the highway.

The staff was great front of house and including housekeeping. Great location just go if there is no snow.

The room said 2 queen beds THEY'RE NOT THEY ARE 2 DOUBLE BEDS, beds are super uncomfortable, very lumpy bend and fold alot you can feel the metal springs and frame is metal sounds like a cheap metal platform you can hear metal frame every time you toss and turn, pillows aren't that great Very Very FLAT. I probably wouldn't stay here again, if you want comfort stay elsewhere we stayed here as 2 couples and like I said everyone complained about the beds, BUT if you needed a place to sleep like we did, THIS DID THE JOB. No breakfast false advertisement
