This property had everything we needed as a family of 6- and 120% to the staff who were just so helpful and accommodating!!! Even sent up a dessert to my son for his birthday as a total surprise!!

The hotel has a great location right on a beautiful beach. The rooms were very comfortable and extremely clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. We loved it!

WiFi service and cell service was very poor and frustrating. Would have loved an exhaust fan in the bathroom or if it was there it didn’t work?

We had a lovely stay! Hoping to return within the year! Naples was so great! The water was spectacular! Loved our room!

Very disappointed that the bathroom in the one bedroom suite was not updated. It was not in good shape at all.

The hotel is charging full price and not warning guests about a major construction project current ongoing. If you like being woken up at 9am on Sunday with the sound of drilling, this is the hotel for you. When we addressed this issue with the front desk, the receptionist insisted that there was a large warning about the construction in the booking.com app. I walked through the entire booking process with her and she couldn’t show me where the construction warning was. The hotel staff was generally great, but the girl at the front desk handled the feedback incredibly poorly. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere until the construction is finished.

where do I start. our room was infested with insects and there were fire hazards msc I’m multiple spots. water damage on Ceilingcustomer service was very rude and even the manager wasUring was rude and hung up in me when I tried to call the hotel back about out nightmare of a stay

We don't like extra pay for beach chair on one person, when we ordered room on three people. And extra pay fee for services and tax. When I ordered room in other hotels - all included in price ( all fee and tax )

VERY expensive considering very poor internet connection. My husband is a doctor and needs to see patients online. He was not with us after all but he never could have worked. I also could not get my work done and cell phone calls were impossible. There were roaches in our room (3011?).

They promised beach service, but it included only 2 chairs and no umbrella for a room of 4 people which had to be paid extra at a cost of $65 day for standard or 250!!!! for the premium a day!, and even though we paid for the standard they removed it when we went for lunch! and only brought back the umbrella because they told us all stuff was picked up a at 5 pm !! way too expensive for a basic service that was supposed to be inclusive. The pool restaurant has no healthy options and only one salad that is not healthy and the most expensive in town, for a small not very well presented one.
