We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe staff at check in has one guy between 2 hotel and was argumentative. Said I need to leave a $100 incidents deposit and would be returned in 7 to 10 days. It was not listed when I booked and I am still waiting. Everyday my keys were turned off and had to go to the front desk for new ones. I have called and everyone brushes it off. We spent very little time in the room but things were not in working order. I would not stay here again

No telephone in room Elevator didnt work we were on second floor I have a pinched nerve stairs were terrible they didnt tell us about elevator Breakfast was cold eggs potatoes sausage it looked good though Front desk lady saw us sitting on bench waiting to check in bench is smokers area but no other spot to sit outside and lady thought we were smoking so she was kinda rude telling us we had 2 non smoking rooms to Not Smoke in Rooms we are not smokers at all so she charged us a extra $100 per room as a deposit I already prepayed rooms on booking.com cxtra fee wtf really then some guy tried opening my door with his key card because he said that was his room with his stuff in it it was his room previous to us renting it yea so the stay was a little bit odd but not terrible

United StatesThis was my second time I stayed at this place, and door handles still don't work.. ac / heater still has missing buttons, so you really don't know what you need to press. And this is a big one.. the pool was super super dirty, and my son had a pink eye after being in the water. The carpet looks dirty as well .
The place is easy to access. Fast check-in, the front desk lady was great. They had good breakfast and good variety.

Breakfast was ok except they ran out and the next morning it was late opening. I had to go across the street to eat at the sister motel.

United StatesI didn't like that the ac/ heater in the room didn't work. The buttons were pushed in, and the temperature could not be adjusted. I didn't like the temperature of the pool room. It was cold, the temperature of the water was good but the pool room was cold. The lock to the restroom in the room didn't work. It could not be locked.
I liked that the room was big and very comfortable. The breakfast was great.

United StatesThis place is in desperate need of an update. The elevator had no button for the second floor and was broken with no signs of maintenance being done while I was there, the carpet is stained and worn, I had to set in my car for ages after I got there waiting on my room to be cleaned (I eventually got another room), my key card quit working daily. The pool heater was broken, breakfast was a maybe and was very inconsistent on what was available.
This hotel is in a great location right off I-10, has great Texas-shaped waffle makers!
