Abusive front desk trainee. I was advised my booking.com reserved room was no longer available. Refused to upgrade me and didn't even ask if I would pay the upgrade difference. Many rooms were not cleaned by housekeeping, and this I believe was the main issue. This has happened before at this hotel and the sister hotel across the way, the Sleep Inn. This rude and vile receptionist has no business being in a customer service capacity. Terrible, foul-mouthed, and inexperienced. Avoid this place and the Sleep Inn.

Everything, this was the worst stay of my life. I was an assistant manager for a Holiday Inn Express, this facility is so below par I cant believe it is still operational. The carpets were filthy, items were broken or not working. Everything was just gross.

Honestly this was the worst hotel stay I have ever had. From the start the elevator was not working and the desk clerk did not mention that at all, I am disabled and we were put on the the third floor. When we did manage to get to our room there was no towels in the room, I was hoping to shower. I called the desk clerk and his response was they were all out of towels. The next morning we called again for towels and again we were given the same answer. I asked for an extension so that we could shower when towels were available he stated no even after arguing with him that we couldnt get ready without them. His response was that towels were almoat ready. A maid came knocking at our room telling us we had to get out because check out time was at 1100. We told her we didnt have towels to get ready but she insisted we had to leave. 1130 towels were brought to us and we were told we had to be out at 1200. We had an infant to get ready as well but noticed the tub was filthy so decided against giving her a bath. We were all so rushed and frustrated 😠😡. We will never stay here again or recommend it.

elevator broken, really dirty, no customer service at all, we booked the hotel for two nights, we stayed there the first night and had to go out when we came back to the room the door was open, good thing we didn’t left anything in the room, tried to call front desk nobody answered, tried to cancel the room and nobody was able to do it, worst service and hotel ever, don’t stay here, it wasn’t even that good price and it wasn’t worth it

Staff support when needing help to recieve extra towels since they forgot to service the room. Breakfast area didnt not have food as staff failed to replenish food after early guest ate most of it. Fire alarms continued to go off every night

Poor cleaning, my room had a dirty towel hanging on the shower, also bath tube was really dirty we couldn't even shower of how nasty it was, it looks like they didn't cleaned for a long time

Checked into my room and noticed there was absolutely no toilet paper. Then also noticed there were no towels as well. Started looking around the room and noticed there was still trash in the room and the underneath of the sink was being ripped out. I go to the front desk and inform them that maybe they forgot repairs were being done In that room. They kindly move me to another room. Get to the new room only to find almost the exact same issues. Trash can full of trash. No towels. No blanket for the bed.

Hotel is a bit out dated, shower needs a lot of work can barely turn in the shower. Rooms were dirty. My kids found cigarette butts, dog food and baby pacifier on the floor.

Water leak in bathroom could be heard as we entered the room, apparent water damage to the bathroom door making it hard to close. Exterior entrance door did not have a lock, but we were able to lock it from inside. There were AC parts strewn around various parts of the hotel, especially in stairways. Some AC units, wall mounted, did not appear operational. The stafd got the pool ready for guests as ot was closed for repair when we arrived. Guest wash room equipment was oit of service along with the 3rd floor ice maker. We ised the one on the first floor, instead. A large moving truck was stationed outside oir window for most of the night with the engine running. The hotel provided 1 face towel for a family of 5. Breakfast was cold, something I noticed others had posted when thwy visited. Thought it would be corrected. There was a microwave that saved the day. I necer saw any staff visible each time I passed the front desk, but my wife did.

The staff allowed us to check in early, for which we are grateful.

well for the price we payed and the quality of the room did not meet my expectations..the beds were uncomfortable, the room was dirty, there were bugs in the lights in the bathroom the toilet lid was not on all the way on the toilet. it was a poor quality stay and the price was high.
