Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesI wasn't aware that breakfast was provided, so that was my mistake. I would say having to get dressed and leave the room to get coffee was not great. In the room there was no sparkling water available or room service after 10. I made a concerted effort to get checked in early, and unfortunately, in the end, I was ignored and ended up having to check-in after all events and with no food available.
Location is 10/10. Suite-style room was nice. Bathroom/shower situation was excellent.

United StatesGreat location right off the main area with great shopping and restaurants. To our great surprise the wonderful II Fornaio restaurant is right in the lobby. The room was impeccable with French doors opening to a small patio that was lovely for morning coffee and breakfast. This has a very European feel starting with Steve the front desk manager who was very helpful in all respects. Will be going back!

United StatesQuiet hotel that can be too quiet at times. No on-site amenities like bar or restaurant, but they are all around the immediate area. Common spaces are not used much by guest or supported much by staff. Ice is only available through room service.
Beautiful hotel with elegant finishes. Room was spacious and full of natural light.

United KingdomLacks a little character. The lobby is at the back and so the hotel feels a little soulless. The renovation done in recent years has stripped the charm that used to be the former Garden Court Hotel. The Graduate hotel around the corner is a lot more interesting.
