Exhaust fan in bathroom didn’t work . When going into our room the light didn’t work.

The noise from the room above us. The pounding and stomping until after midnight. Wish the pool was open later like other hotels.

Breakfast was limited coffee, juice, bread, dry cereal, and limited fruit. Nothing very appetizing. Seemed pretty expensive for a 2nd floor, no elevator, bare bones stay.

This was an older hotel, and showed its age. It was relatively noisy, and you could hear other rooms nearby. Although it was old it was well maintained and very serviceable for the price. It was an inexpensive hotel and thus was a good value.

The price was very low. It was located near the highway and just outside of town. It was a very comfortable room. It's a great value for travelers that just need a place to stay overnight.

One king bed and one hide a bed. I ordered 2 full size beds. Was called the day before asking if they could change it to a king.. I said sure thinking I would get 2 king size bed but only got one king bed

Seemed like the staff was living in several of the adjacent hotel rooms around our room. There was never a time when it didn't smell like there was international food cooking. Breakfast was the same every day of our stay; poor variety.; bad instant coffee. Hallways were dark and the carpets were dirty and musty-smelling everywhere. Several of the side doors did not close all the way and therefore were not locked or secured. Pool area has flimsy plastic tables and chairs that look like they came from a rummage sale.

Convenient location off interstate and close to a Kwik Trip (where you'll need to go to get a better breakfast and coffee.)

Pool area was closed and no coffee or juice, which the Booking App says is suppose to be available. Parking lot not plowed.

Staff was extremely rude upon entering and kept insisting i can't have pets even though i walked in alone with no animals. After trying to tell him that i have no pets with me for a few mins, he told me i would be charged $100-$200 for a pet fee if i did. I had NO PETS! There is no pool, they claimed it was closed for maintenance but it's been closed for months. Refused to give any receipt, I finally managed to snap a picture of the paper they made me sign after 5 mins of back and forth. After the stay i got a cancelation notification saying that I never showed up even though I was there AND charged for the stay already. I would never stay there again or even recommend it to my worst enemy. They also advertised breakfast but nothing was provided.

There wasn't much to like but it had a bed and warm air.

No breakfast as stated on website !! Noisy at 6:00 am on a Saturday, someone stomping on the floor above for over an hour. Coffee pot overflowed on my belongings! Bathroom dirty.

The room had paint dripped down the walls in some places, holes in walls, dirty walls. an electric outlet had a dirty drawing on it. I asked for coffee for my room and was told no to go to the breakfast area to get it, no room service my entire stay.! Multiple customers outside standing around a car drinking beer out of their trunk and playing music super loud most of the night. Other customers yelling, laughing and talking loud down the hall and in front of my door as my room was across the vending machines at 3:15 in the morning !!. Multiple men standing around the side door exit and in the front. I was traveling alone and was scared. I barely slept. I WILL NEVER stay there again. I always thought of Wydham properties to be up to par but not this one. I know it would NOT pass corporate standards because it didn't pass mine and I had no where else to stay. I wanted to just check out but the clerk said no refunds , he would still charge me the full amount for the room. I am NOT happy at all and it ruined my trip !!!!!
