Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe property is slightly outdated. The common areas were fine however the rooms really need a severe upgrade. The wallpaper was starting to peel off the wall slightly the furniture doesn’t look like it’s been replaced in years, and the bed was not very comfortable. I will say that the sheets were clean and the towels were clean and it looks as though the staff is doing what it can with the furniture that it has they are trying to keep it clean. The Very small arcade for the kids most of the machines didn’t work. So I would not recommend even bothering with it we were just trying to keep our kids occupied during reception. The food at the restaurant was OK at best and the staff wasn’t the most friendly.
The common areas were clean. The pool is clean. And the sheets are clean.

The Bar area was not clean at all the floor was dirty and had a very unpleasant smell. when I stayed before everything was nice clean and very enjoyable

United StatesThe cleaning staff needs to have more attention to detail. There was an opened container of someone’s leftovers left in the microwave. The tub had a leak and was very dirty and smelled. Cobwebs and spiders above the window. Fingerprints on the mirrors :(

United Statesrude employees an lack of information they weren’t able to explain to me why was i paying more than what i had already expend for the rooms they were saying it was a $75 dollar deposit wish I understood plus $17 a day for parking my booking was for $531.21 and I ended up paying $720.01 in total they were saying it was because of taxes but i had already paid them when I booked the rooms and they weren’t able to provide me with a receipt explaining what else i was getting charged for.

Breakfast was amazing but lady cooking needed more help hotel was full this morning and there was a ling like to order food she was moving aling fast but she could have used help juice machine ran out of guava juice and yogurts i like to be able to grab and go!!! I had to wait 15 people infrint if me for bacon i dont like to cut for bacon i dint due omolets, i would love to see bacon displayed where u can serve yourself!! I stay here often and it alwYs happens!!! My daughter woke up late came down with her and had over 20 people infront if her but other than that everything was good!!

United StatesYou had to call daily for housekeeping and one day I did call and they still didn’t clean my room. Also I never parked a car at the hotel and they charged me for daily parking. I had to have them get that off the bill
The breakfast was delicious. The bad part of the breakfast was people walking around trying to sell you timeshare while you’re trying to eat breakfast. Last thing I want to be bothered with while I’m eating is a pushy sales person

United StatesThe building needs a little upgrading some of the furniture was worn down the bed wasn’t as comfortable it was actually uneven the bed springs hurt my back and the bathtub drain wasn’t clean when I got my room and had to have it cleaned the next day. Although they offered me and different room with a cleaner tub the room smelled so I decided to stay in original room.
There’s was a shuttle that took us to and from Disneyland. The breakfast was good and the staff was really nice. Complimentary parking for us if you have a disabled placard.

United StatesUpon arrival I noticed the trash on the grounds of the hotel. The hotel is dated and needs some renovations.
The first room I was given smelled really bad and was so hot I was sweating. The air conditioner did not work in this room. The vents in the room were quite dusty, as though they hadn't been dusted in a very long time. The fan in the bathroom was loud and the light around the mirror didn't work. I did not like this room and was considering going to another hotel. I requested a room change and was accommodated. The second room was MUCH better so I decided to stay.
