I called in the morning to request an early check-in. I was told everything was set up and ready to go for early check-in. I got to the hotel and was told no rooms were available. We were accommodated but had to change our room. The room smelled musty and not pleasant.

It was comfortable and quiet. Staff was nice especially the bartender. Very friendly and easy to talk to.

The air conditioning system did not work great. My room was located above the laundry area and the ac could not cool off our room at all. And maintaince was called to look at it and he said there's nothing he could do.

Location was excellent close to everything we needed and easy travel to get in and out of. Breakfast was excellent the cook and waitress were so nice.

I can’t think of anything except no bacon on the breakfast bar. My grandson asked the cook though and brought a plate.

Very quiet and clean. The hot tub was actually working which was great whilst playing with kids at the pool, which was also warm enough. The hotel wasn’t packed with competition teams which I’ve found at most Embassy Suite hotels. It was right off a main thoroughfare and is perfect for a stay with the grandkids.

I did not like the fact when I booked my hotel it stated it was $156 and when we arrived after being at the fair were chaos broke out after a shooting happened I was up charged to $186 I believe it was for a fee if the room was in perfect condition when we left… I am Not sure I even got my refund of that money. Also $15 fee for parking to stay at a hotel I pay for that’s ridiculous.

I think the breakfast had a lot of options and very well present! Easy check in and very nice front staff!

I have stayed here a few times, but it is not like it used to be. The Hotel needs quite a few updates. The Staff working the Breakfast area messed up our Omelet order every morning due to the Staff not understanding English that well and not paying attention to what you were ordering.

The front desk Staff was very helpful and polite. With the desk staffing there were no issues at all.

We had an issue with water pressure and taking forever to get hot. The toilet paper was horrible and the first day the pool seemed pretty dirty.

A two-queen option would have suited us better; daughter had to sleep on the pull-out couch since two doubles was certainly not going to work for us. A/C heat was disabled, so the room was FREEZING the first couple nights; front desk did not have ANY additional blankets they could provide. This was my biggest problem during our stay.

I would like for there to be a nightlight in the bathroom. I would like to have more towels in the room. I do not like paying for parking and I think that if a customer choose to stay at a hotel that it should be a courtesy to the customer for choosing to visit.

I like that the rooms are very spacious. I like that the breakfast had a good variety. I like the friendliness of the staff. The atmosphere is warm and relaxing.
