I didn’t like the fact that there wasn’t any balconies and or accessibility to fresh air from your room. The furniture in our room was very dirty

The common areas were very clean. The property had a nice flow and the breakfast buffet was fresh and clean.

The price is a little over the top for the area, but overall great.

I liked the close proximity to everything in Glendale - from the Americana for shopping, restaurants and cafes all the way to walkable distances to other things on Brand Blvd where there's lots of choices. You also have access to freeways and it's a very safe area

We had 4 adults . The fold out sofa bed was horrendous and for our 6 night stay we had to put the thin mistress on the floor ! We asked to change rooms to a 2 bed however were informed none available .

Ordered room service for dinner. Took an hour to get to us because only one person was working that night. Management do better please!

Breakfast good. Made fresh every morning! Room was comfortable. Bigger than what we thought we were getting. Staff was friendly and helpful.

- no room cleaning - no towel change (only on request at reception) - internet is not free - the hotel parking is around $27 for a day, next to the hotel there is a parking garage. The daily parking is only $15

The bathroom made a noise/ old plumbing maybe and. I kept hearing a nose from the shower like water leaking but there was no leak about showers from the next room?

I been in this place 3 times this is the first time they try to charge me $15 per phone per night to get wifi I call front desk to ask why. they told me because I didn't made a reservation with embassy suites. by the way I am a member of embassy suites but the rooms were $100 extra per night that's why I went different route. I am Hilton member., but thought Hilton they didn't have available rooms I feel like they didn't give us full service customer. for not booking with them and watching my family budget instead.

breakfast was excellent, this is the catch for us as family love omelets. their chef us to make regular pancakes along with omelets for breakfast, I believe they remove this service,coffe is good but no French vanilla.

Hotel a little run down, rugs looking a little dirty, and bedding and couch felt kind of dirty. Bathroom light 💡 flickering in bathroom kinda felt like a haunted hotel . Most of chairs in dining area and bar need replacement ASAP.

$27/day for self-parking is too much! $5-$10/day would have been more than enough. Pillows were too soft.

Made to Order omelettes in the morning was great! Good breakfast selections. Koi pond feature was lovely. Location was great right next to freeway access. Having a microwave in the room was a bonus.

My salad at the Embassy restaurant had a good size piece of plastic in it, grossed me out. That, for sure, ruined my meal. There was a man at the front desk who said the fax wasnt working, or maybe he did not know how to use it. He tried to send a fax for me but said it did not work. He said there was a fedex place down the street. I walked there, faxed my document, walked back. It took me about an hour. When I returned the other guy at the front desk said to me,"Your fax worked fine," and handed me the confirmation. It was time to check out and I missed my workout , which I was really looking forward to, I love your workout machines,I asked if I could have a late check out , but the guy who did not know how to use the fax said no. The hotel wasn't busy he could have said one more hour to work out , it would have made my day and my Embassy experience a positive one.

Best breakfast!! Happy hour is great. Nice workout room. The pool was nice and warm. Loved that.
