Could hear the highway sometimes but wasn't too bad, they do provide ear plugs. Nothing else stands out.

Clean comfortable rooms with nice bathroom and shower. The layout is interesting with a resort feel to it, there is an inside court yard were breakfast is served on the first floor and you can look up or down and see all of the rooms from inside. They offer salon services and other amenities that aren't usually found in a hotel. The breakfast was probably one of the best I've had for free in a hotel, buffet style with fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, sausage and the usual breakfast items and you can order omelets with different ingredients to your liking or have fresh pancakes made in different styles.

It was pretty cold in the room. I cranked up the heat to 75°. The fan didn't kick on, so it was still pretty cold. Granted, it was -3° outside, so maybe the heater couldn't keep up. But I had to be wrapped up in a blanket when I was in the room. Had I stayed longer, I would have complained about the heat. Other than that, it was perfect.

We had an issue with billing. They ended up taking out twice the amount on our Debit card (never use a debit) and it took them over a week to figure it out and get the amount back in my acct. The staff did not seem to know what they were doing....but maybe they were training a new person.

The pillows were very small and hard to get comfortable on them. Unless you are very tired. The bacon at breakfast tasted old. I wish it was fresher. For the price we are paying for the rooms every food should be fresh and hot as you get it and nothing less. The yellow light in the room - wish it was more of a natural light vs. Yellow. The plug-in on the lamps is the worst. The last night, my phone came off the charger.

Liked that they had the text service if you had a question vs. Walking down to the main lobby. That some breakfast was cooked right in front of you by a chef the way you wanted it. Like Denver omelets and chocolate chip pancakes. Couldn't hear any neighbors near you at night. The walls are not super thin. The elevator is very fast and quick. Starbucks in Hotel.

The manager’s reception lacked the nice hors d’oeuvres that Embassy Suites used to always include. The beverages were nice.

The rooms, bed, and pillows were comfortable. The room was nicely provisioned and clean. The staff went out of their way to ensure we were happy and had what we needed (through text messaging).

That Google maps didn't know where you were and the road doesn't allow you to go thur to the Ranch.

Room was nice and comfortable. The managers reception was nice we were the last ones to get there and they took very good care of us for dinner too, at the cafe. The staff was wonderful!! Breakfast was great lots of variety. Husband enjoyed the green chili over the omelet. Thanks

Not sure if it was just us, the clock in the room was dark and we couldnt get it lighter so we could see it. Minor thing though.
