The guest evening reception was totally unexpected but a lovely bonus to a delightful stay.

Very attractive modern. Missed or connecting flight and checked in around midnight and needed a room to rest and had to check out at 4:30am to make our our rerouting flight at 7am. Thanks for being there for us however, it was not a happy experience for us due to the over one hour delay in Fla. due to weather that caused us to miss our connecting flight in Minneapolis to go on to Las Vegas.

Room on the small side for a suite, bottled water in room is $4 a bottle unless your a member. $10 a day parking fee

I stayed here for one night to send my nephew off to college in Minneapolis. The place is close to the airport but it was quiet. The rooms are clean and huge. The staff are very friendly. The free breakfast was amazing. You can even get it made fresh. I had some free time so I explored the Minnesota valley wild life Refugee, which is only a few minutes away. I enjoyed my hike. Definitely recommend!

The prices to buy needed items was high

Perfect location, full breakfast included, wolleys restaurant had great food, beds comfortable. The suite was very roomy for 5 people.

Having to pay for parking was not high on my list.

The rooms were very spacious and clean. They provided shampoo, conditioner, and body wash as well as hand soap. Plenty of towels. They have adults swim only from 10pm to midnight for those that just want quiet time

The bed we had was rock hard and very squeaky. It caused us to have sore back, hips and ribs.

I had check in problems their card machine wouldn't take my card. So I had to use another card which made our stay shorter. Then I had a problem with finding out someone at the desk let a man change my way of paying which they realized later it wasn't me. I got on the road with no money which also made my bank account negative. It took me calling my bank the hotel to get it fixed. My problem was I'm a female main hotel guest why would they let a man change anything without checking with me first.

We've stayed at alot of breakfast hotels. This one was the best so far. A variety and it's good. I liked when I called for more towels I got them with no problem. The kids loved the swimming pool.

We enjoyed our stay. I would say the carpets need a deep clean and the pool could have been warmer. We swam just after the cleaned it and perhaps that was a factor in the temperature.

Separate bedroom was great for our family with small children, they provided a pack'n'play at no charge, a shuttle runs to the airport and MOA regularly, comfortable beds, clean bathroom, indoor pool, omelets to order and continental breakfast each morning, snack in the afternoon, restaurant on site. All in all good, and we would stay again.

Guy that checked is in was rude, Tihue was his name I believe.

The rooms were huge! Such a great place for bigger families. Rooms were clean. Breakfast buffet was great and fresh.

Too cold - should have had a sweater or jacket

Liked the location - close to light rail & MOA . Breakfast with omelet of your choice made for you - or a burrito, though that wasn't advertised. Appreciated having room to play games as a family in the room.

The staff was friendly and willing to help/answer questions. The rooms had plenty of space for our family. The breakfast was exceptional and made to order. We will definitely stay there again!

Can't think of anything I didn't like.

Friendly staff, great food at a very reasonable price had a kids menu. Server was especially nice. Clean rooms/ lobby area. Would definitely book here again.

Other people kids noise and running in the halls late and before sunrise not the employees problem more of the guardians  problem.
