Hotel was old and room had a crack in the wall leading to the outside and no fire detector in the room. Hallway leading to our room smelled like chlorine and was hot.

Breakfast was in a brown paper bag…. Grab and go.

There were a lot of questionable people around and the GPS could not recognize the address correctly so it was hard to find.

It was a cheap place to stay, convenient to food.

the side door was warped and would not close. the only security was our door lock. there were roaches in the bathtub. there was loud music in the parking lot at 2 am.

It smelled like cigarette smoke in there so bad that it almost made me sick. They advertised that they have breakfast, which is why I chose to stay there. But they DO NOT HAVE BREAKFAST. This is yet another property on Booking that is incorrectly listed, and still using the pandemic as an excuse to cut breakfast out. They have these pathetic little brown bags that they put a granola bar and a pear in and call breakfast. They didn’t even have normal coffee cups. They had a little tiny white Styrofoam things.

The housekeeping staff do a great job of keeping the rooms clean. Its right next door to McDonalds and literally right off the interstate.

Our assigned room had door open and a man was sleeping on top of the bed!!! We got assigned another room and there were bags on the bed as if someone had checked in!!!

VERY rough part of town. High crime area. there was a shooting right across from us as we were loading up to go.

The outdated room, how dirty the room was. The parking lot and building look altogether.

Aside from the staff I rate the place a 2. I came in late when my car broke down and they were still able to help me. I didn't like the look or cleanliness of the property could have done much better considering.

I had to share my room with roaches and part of the ceiling looked to have bad water damage . Behind the curtain was mold of some sort . Not to mention our AC was not cooling hardly at all we brought a fan thank goodness and slept with only the sheet.

Property seems old. Customers smoke near exit doors so smoke smell inside. There was soap & shampoo left in the shower, but towels & linen were folded.

It smelled a bit of animal pee and the stairs were dirty. This is apparently a hotel where people (and sometimes their pets) stay for longer periods of time. Everyone seemed friendly.

It had a pretty pool. It was inexpensive. The karaoke was fun.

I did see on drug deal in the parking lot at 4am when I took my dog out. Had trouble with my door lock. The front desk person had to come a few times to help me get into my room. The outside door didn't not lock correctly anyone could walk in through the side door.

The hotel could have been better kept: smelly, roaches, rusty water fixtures, chipped tub, dim lighting, people loitering in parking lot, people always standing near secured door and it was most times propped open with backpacks and bottles by someone standing outside. They staff was always polite and helpful.

The air conditioner was not on in room when we arrived. So the room was very hot for a couple of hours. The room was clean, but hallways were very dirty.

The front staff was very nice and they have security cameras.

There is a bar/club on the premises that seemed to attract a rather low-class clientele. The bathtub/shower was VERY slippery. TV sound was defective. Deferred maintenance can be found in much of the property. There is a strange odor in the hallway which fortunately did not get into the room.

There are a lot of broken things. Door, AC, electrical outlets needed replaced, and there was a section of hall soaking wet.

The staff was friendly and wanted to meet our needs.
