I was told my deposit would be back and after a week it still isn't even tho we left the room clean being we were barely even there... bed was uncomfortable to the point I woke up with back pain both days

Recently renovated, drywall dust still on the floor in several areas in the bathroom and kitchen. Kitchen appliances old and rusted. I’d be scared to touch the 2 burner stove. No pull out couch, had a pull out chair. Sticky note to give us key card. One tiny shampoo for one person, not 2. No conditioner. Cheap soap. For just one night I didn’t bring my own thinking they would have a decent mini size, NO. Breakfast…. That’s a joke, honey bun, neutra grain bar… coffee machine out of order.

Good price for one night, bed was comfortable enough. Lifted the mattress and found an old smoke detector between the mattresses. Tub was super clean!

The tv was broke, one of the kitchenet stove did not work. and the elevator was broke. Also we had to wait to get the complementary breakfast because there was only one employee.

Most of the lamps weren't working and the wifi was ok at best. I was told about it at check and I'm glad the guy told me and also there was no breakfast at all but thankfully my room was a studio so there was a stove to cook things. Also no pool at this hotel either which was a bummer but I have a SeaWorld platinum pass so I went to Aquatica for free

I liked the location. It was right near SeaWorld and Aquatica and very easy to hop onto i-4. Not far from universal as well. Decent place to stay if you're on a budget and vacationing down here. Also no security/damage deposit if you're staying under 7 days

When we first checked in, we were giving a room that had a broken air conditioning unit. Right away, we were giving a second room, and after spending some time in that room, the kitchen sink started to fill up with soapy water.. Again, we told the front staff right away what was happening, and they said they would plunge it. While we were gone, it was plunged out, but there was a lot of debris left behind in the sink. We did leave it alone due to not wanting it to full up again

The hallway smelled like cigarettes, my room smelled like a cigar lounge, the furniture & appliances are worn & fixure was missing.

The facility itself is dirty and run down. You get what you pay for. Breakfast isn’t breakfast at all, it was a couple granola bars.

The close proximity to Sea World is what sold us on staying a run down hotel. We knew what we were getting into when we saw the price, though.

To dark the rooms were to dark and the beds were uncomfortable and then the next morning room services just walk into your room no knocking or saying anything they just right inside your room as your laying there trying to wake up then tell you their sorry

I booked a queen room. The bed was full size. Phone didn't work in the room. There was no real closet. No extra pillows or blankets. Bed VERY uncomfortable. Highly doubt I'll be booking this location again.

Room was spacious, air cold. Fridge was clean and cold. Plenty plug outlets and lighting. Pillows were comfortable but i think extras would be great.
