I am not an animal person, I wish that they would have “no” animal rooms.

The location was perfect! The rooms were clean. The check in lady wasn’t sure about the Bonvoy app so it made it a bit difficult to communicate with her but I booked through bookings just to get a room for the night after a long night. Easy check in process after trying to figure out a few things.

Hot tubs and pool area were great, however there were a lot of kids in the hot tubs. Maybe you can designate at least one to adults only. Refrigerator was not cold.

Comfortable, clean rooms. Hot breakfast buffet is back and delicious! So grateful you have a locked room to store my mountain bike

Was disappointed upon our arrival at 6:00 our room was not ready- we were told to come back in an hour. After a long day of hiking this was upsetting - especially for the price of the hotel. Also was not informed at check in that housekeeping was every other day- have never heard of this at any hotel

Room was clean. Breakfast was good. Pool and hot tub area was nice as well as location to Arches.

I in the 4 days we were there they never cleaned the room. One day they came in and sort of made the bed.took out towels and garbage. Even left a pillow on the floor. Not used to that in Canada. They then proceeded to charge me twice on my debit card. After hours on the phone, visits to the bank and 7 days later it is still not fixed. So I am left with an extra $1000 paid to Fairfield. Their breakfast was not tasty.

The property is close to the arches entry and the pool area is great. The suite was nice and large.

Our drain in our bathroom was clogged. The air doesn't go lower than 68. Optimal sleeping temperature is below 65. After being bent over paying $300 you should be able to turn the air where you want at least...

It was fairly clean, nice to have so many hot tub options.

The beds were very hard and uncomfortable, not enough pillows for four guests (3 per bed). Fresh fruit options for breakfast would be lovely, the oranges available were hard and dried out.

The pool area is amazing, multiple hot tubs and activities. Wonderful location near Arches. Great view of the river and rock walls.

The lighting in the room was wierd. We had to walk all the way into the room in the dark to locate a lamp. There was a good quarter inch gap in the door allowing for every sound in the hallway to travel into our room. The rooms are kind of small and cramped even for two people with two beds. The refrigerator could be bigger and Keurig machines are really a waste of effort and plastic. It would have also been nice to be able to locate a menu for room service. There was a qr code thing that would not register on either phone and the website provided no information either. So you guys lost money there. It would have also been nice to have an area guide in the room.

The pools and hot tubs were very nice. The breakfast was delicious and the beds were comfortable. I really enjoyed to path and benches along the river.

Wifi did not work at all. It kept saying DNS error. The hotel accepted no responsibility. There was a spotty cellular reception (T mobile). Coffee in the room tasted like tea. Breakfast was poor. Coffee was empty. Biscuit gravy was bad.

This is recently built hotel so everything is new. The hotel is next to Colorado river and you can take a walk in the dog park along the river.

Evening staff had no personality. Plywood under the window detracted from the view and gave the appearance of being under construction. Could have been resolved so easy yet no interest. We addressed it.

Both swimming pools were very cold temperature wise. It was not pleasant to swim in them and that was the main reason I chose to stay there.

Front desk staff said I didn't pay even though I paid through Booking.com so had to call customer service and waste 15 mins getting them to convince her I paid, wasn't treated any better after (no apology, no upgrades or complimentary waters even which apparently cost $7 a bottle!). The pool was freezing. The cost is ridiculous for the room and breakfast quality. It's just ok. Then on check out had another issue with the same front desk person taking forever to check em out but not explaining why. Finally she said it was over a mere 57cents but didn't clarify why I was being charged more. Just felt like a burden and not treated well.

Breakfast was ok, pool looked nice but was freeeeeezing since they don't heat it at all, location was good, rooms were clean.

There was mold on the shower curtain, the sink was plugged, there was a pounding sound from above our bathroom all night, the front desk said it was the wind on the fence it definitely wasn't outside. We were given a connecting room room, they played with the connecting door until they went to sleep. The coffee was horrible. Not a good visit. I've always used Best Western, I've heard great things about Fairfield. Not sure if I'll choose that hotel again.
