I didn’t like one of the morning guys at the front desk. The way he looked at me was rude. So the next time I saw him still looking at me like I didn’t belong there or something. I informed him that I was there taking the week long Bob Ross painting class and I was puzzled by the way he had been looking at me not saying anything but staring. So he just kind of smiled and shrugged. Everyone else was okay

Bathroom layout is way to small. Two people can not be getting cleaned up and ready to leave at same time. Door swings in to toilet, chops space in half immediately

Used the hall restroom someone peed all over had to clean it up so my granddaughter could use bathroom.my husband can't sleep in bed because of his back I asked for a different chair besides the one in room.clerk would not get me a chair.said can not remove any chairs.

The room was very bad. The door (photo has been added) had a very big gap because of which there was no privacy and the neighbors could hear everything going inside the room and it was the other way around as well. I was not told what the breakfast timings were while checking in, and I missed my breakfast because of it. Had to go to the nearby McDonalds.

Horrible experience!! Rooms were disgusting. Reported to health department !! Couldn’t take a shower as the plumbing was a mess!!! Handle fell off on my hands

Bathroom was a little tight. The room was really nice and large but there was only one chair for sitting. The second person had to sit in bed to watch TV. There was definitely room for a club chair

One of the main reasons we booked here was it had an inside pool we could use. When we checked in there was a sign that said the pools closed. We asked the attendant and she said yes it's down. We went to dinner and came back a couple hours later to hear people splashing around in the pool. We went to the attendant and a male manager said it's open on the weekends so we told them we would swim in the morning. We went down in the morning and another male manager said it's closed per management. I hate getting the run around after experiencing some other customers using the facility. If it's down I would understand, but it was used by others and we were turned away. I would hope there would be some kind of reimbursement and change happen so others will not experience the same customer service!

Extra fee for incidentals that has never been charged before. Continental breakfast needs to start at 6:00 on weekends as well as weekdays. Water and bathroom smelled a little like rotten eggs until ran for a bit. Most disappointing thing was the up charge without being informed of it.

The staff member lied to us multiple times

When I got there to check in for my room they told me that the room that I ordered was no longer available due to a maintenance issue they did not have another room for me they never called me they sent me over to the next hotel tell him that it will be cheaper and they didn't even remember talking to the guy and it was almost double the price. I was also told that I could use the pool facilities As a part of accommodating the mistake sake no one answered the phone for us no 1 took our clothes call this back we received nothing

We got sent to a dirty room at check in and had to be switched to a different room. The curtains were covered in mold. Room was not super clean. Bed was conclaved. Pillows were flat. Mold causes sinus issues.
