    A welcome relief after a long day of traveling.

    The surrounding guests made the stay somewhat noisy. Hall-way and upstairs noise was very apparent until late at night. The microwave also needs to be fixed as it was having difficulty operating.

    The breakfast buffet was simple but filling.

    The breakfast was great! The room was spacious and the attendant was very friendly and efficient. The front desk staff was very friendly and attentive.

    It would be nice if the bath towels were softer. Walls must not have any insulation, or much of a sound barrier. I could distinctly hear the guest in the next room blowing his nose while he showered.

    Pool was packed with 20 something kids and so was hot tub.

    No pool or spa but it was too cold this time of year so didn't miss it.

    Full breakfast was just what we needed and it was very good. The lady managing the breakfast was helpful and kind - keep her!

    The bathroom door didn’t close easily and it didn’t lock. You could hear people stomping above and through the walls. The view out the window was a wall. Pool and hot tub were closed. Breakfast was nothing special.

    Location to restaurants and cleanliness.

    Booking. Com overcharged me $50. They said all fees were included in their price quote, which they were not.

    My room was nicely decorated and well appointed.

    They only clean your room every three days which I wasn't told at check in. Not an issue but would've asked for more shampoo up front. My key didn't open the back entry door at night, not good since I was alone and no empty parking spaces in the front.

    It was clean, the staff were nice. The location is great.

    Our stay was fine. The hotel is very clean and the bed was very comfortable. My only negative comment is that our room looked old. The shower head was old and not very pleasant. The towels were thin and scratchy. My disappointment was as a Marriott hotel and $200 a night, they could do better.

    This property and the management here is HORRENDOUS. Not only did they treat my grandmother who just lost her house with zero respect, but they laughed at her and myself when I called to complain. I can’t believe they haven’t given me even a partial refund or reached out. She couldn’t get her insulin for 24 hours and was told she had to give them $20 to go into her room which was still booked until the next day. Until I get answers I’ll continue to speak up against the prideful people that work here.

    U I’m a senior citizen that rented my home for 35 years, I’m almost 70 years old and my grand daughter was so worried she booked me this hotel for a week until we can figure out where I can go. I had the room until noon Saturday yet Friday night i went to get food and my room card didn’t work. When I went the front desk they bribed me that I can’t get into my room unless I pay Her $20. That night I didn’t have any money and my grand daughter was out of town. She thought she left me in good hands. My diabetes medication insulin was in the room. Im a senior citizens living in poverty just now homeless. My granddaughter paid them ahead. My dr told me had I not taken my insulin shot asap I need to go to the ER. My granddaughter paid for Friday night and when I came back they treated me like a criminal. I had to come in Saturday ( the day I was supposed to check out) and finally got my insulin for my diabetes and I’m okay. But they charged my grand daughter who paid in full a blackmail fee of $20 then $109 when I didn’t even stay Friday night due to their words. The $20 fee on my granddaughters card proves they ask customers for money to get their belongings even when the room was paid in full. This is terrible and I hope they change their ways. Had a life been taken over their negligence of not only full payment but health and medical emergency, my attorney would be highly involved since it could’ve took my life with their mistake. Screen your employees and make sure they aren’t treating paying seniors this way is my advice. At this point I would’ve recommended this place to anyone.

    The room and its contents were aged and dirty, the location was a questionable area...that's being polite. Other residents were running around screaming/swearing and causing a general commotion. Later we found out these were permanent residents. If you have other options for accommodation, book it. The only positive we can think of was the apples at breakfast which were delicious.

    Beautiful property. Very quiet! Rooms were clean, bed was very comfortable. Very nice breakfast. Eggs, sausage ,toast., yogurt. I would stay there again.

    The only detail is that I arrived on May 23 until Saturday the 27th, and they just made my bed on Friday, I don't know, if that's normal.
