The price I was suppose to pay was different then what that charged me and the difference still hasn’t been out back after check out. (Was told at check in that it would)

The bathroom was not clean. Shower had hair in it that I cleaned off with the shower water. The bathroom door didn’t latch and half the lights were no lt working properly so it was very dark. To be honest, I stay at mostly Fairfield’s and typically have very clean and outstanding rooms. This one was not quite up to what I have seen standard expectations for these hotels.

Continent location and the staff was very friendly.

Room size was a little smaller the. Expected and throughout our time there the air conditioner worked well most of the time but on our third night it completely stopped working. Room got warm pretty fast. Hall way was like an oven as they were not running any air conditioning in the halls.

The breakfast was very good. Plenty of choices.

Housekeeping started BANGING (and I don’t use that term lightly) their carts on doors at 7 am. Then, one of the house keeper’s sons knocked once and then tried to key himself into our room at 8 am. With a sleeping toddler, we were expecting to be able to let her rest for a while longer.

Clean and front desk staff was so sweet.

Very firm mattress ( king size) that I found uncomfortable to sleep on Very loud AC to the point we had to turn if off. Luckily it was cool night

Convenient Iocation, privacy and minimum noise because I request for room away from elevator. We liked the updated bathroom with nice pressure shower. They need more hangers to dry off your towels if you reusing them. Many hotels give their guests this environment friendly option. Breakfast was fine but scrambled eggs need a new recipe(!)

There were FFA kids staying and we're very loud all through the night and early morning, it was hard to sleep. Also the hot tub was broken and the pool was ice cold.

The whirlpool was out of order during our entire stay. The pool didn't seem to be heated, which was a big disappointment. The bathroom fixtures were a little weak-seeming? Specifically the toilet handle was plastic and always felt like it was going to break.

Breakfast was amazing - oatmeal with tons of topping options, two chafing dishes with hot food every morning, plus the usual bread/bagels, juice, coffee. The rooms were clean, the service was good, the fridge & TV worked well.

My room wasn’t cleaned when I returned from my day out. I had to ask for towels. I am not sure if this is still a covid thing.

Staff was friendly, room was very clean when I arrived. The bed was comfortable and they gave me the room away from the elevator as I requested.

I paid more specifically for a hotel with a hot tub but it was shut down and the site didn't specify that. The pillows were feathers which I'm highly allergic to so I had to sleep on my clothes piled in a ball. All the hotel staff were nice, however there was a middle aged male with glasses whom i believe he was the manager. He was extremely rude to not only guests but also his staff. I felt bad for the staff because of the way he treated them, everyone else was extremely nice. I hope the property owner is notified of the male and how he treated his co-workers.

The bed was very clean and comfortable as well as the bathroom. I liked the updated bathrooms and floors, the pool was also clean and very relaxing.

we stayed in the same room a couple of different stays and the bar to the shower still wasn’t fixed and we had pointed it out. that was just one thing that was annoying

The AC in the room was loud. Loud enough that it was hard to fall asleep. There was also an alarm going off in an in occupied room across from us that drove me crazy.

it was very clean. The bed was super comfortable and we loved that there was a Keurig in the room. I was also very happy with the breakfast provided.

The woman who checked us in upon arrival did her job, but truly lacked professionalism. The man in front of us had reserved a room with two beds (for him and his adult son). She said 3 times she was the only one working, he could go and get some dinner, and when he returned, she would try to figure it out. He finally said he would take the room he had been wrongfully assigned. She did that and then checked us into our room. When we left to get some dinner, she was outside the front of the hotel smoking a cigarette. It was a poor perception of customer service and her being sooo busy.

The breakfast did not start on a Saturday until 7:00 am. My husband had to be at the tournament site by 8:00 am. We ate our own food in the room. They did not have much you could take with you. It was okay.

The room wasn’t in the best condition and smelled like mildew.

The hotel was close to restaurants and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

No ice machine on our floor, room was facing the highway so we heard truck noises all night, . Breakfast ends at 9 am, other hotels end at 10. We missed breakfast (one of the reasons for picking this hotel) so we were disappointed and had to buy breakfast out.

Room size was great for our family. Close to all.
