We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesHotel has been "under renovation" since 2019. I stayed here in 2019, 2022, and 2023 with the hotel being under renovation. I have faith that renovations are actually being done and rooms upgraded, but none of the rooms I have been in the last two years have been renovated. Room wasn't dirty, but definitely run down with bathroom and dresser hardware missing.
The staff were extremely friendly and took into account I was a single female traveler so put me in a room on the 3rd floor where the door to my room wasn't accessible without a key to the hallway. The ice machine was quiet and had plenty of ice.

United StatesConstruction dirt in whole eating area, carpet and bathroom were dirty. The room and hallway smelled of smoke/pot, broken glass by the bed, one wheel missing on office chair, vents were dirty in the a/c unit, freezer full of frost, lamp shades were beaten up, all surfaces were dirty and needed sanitized and wiped down. Something gross smeared on the wall next to the bed. We had to take our own trash down and get new bags. No hand towels in the room so had to go get more towels. Shower rod broken so the curtain wouldn't stay closed during the shower. Toilet took a loooong time to fill up with water after a flush. My brother and his wife cancelled and went to another hotel because their room was worse than ours.

United StatesThe property was under renovation and I don't recall being informed of this prior to booking the room. The entire facility was an eye sore and smelled of perfume infused mold/mildew. The room was old and dirty, especially the room walls and bathroom. In addition, the hallways and elevators were really dirty, and it wasn't just dirt that was the issue, for there was literally garbage in these areas. We also saw numerous bugs in the room which was truly the tipping point for us all. We were pretty grossed out by the overall conditions of the room and property. If we didn't just need the room for one night, we would have asked for a refund and found a cleaner room elsewhere, which likely wouldn't have been difficult. Pay an extra $50 and stay at a cleaner hotel that's not a construction zone. There's a lot of options in the area.
The staff was decent and made check in an easy process.

Auburn Hills PD were there 2 of my 4 nights, my room was never once freshened or had new soap or towels delivered. the place definitely had the feel of a drug and prostitution hot spot.
I liked the original price that I was quoted and that it was pet friendly as I had my puppy with me, but when I arrived the price was jacked up for a “pet fee”. had I known that I would of chosen a different hotel to stay at
