Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesStaff was excellent. Room had a bad odor, the hotel is really outdated. We paid 360 for 2 nights, in my opinion we just majorly overpayed for what we got. Again staff was great, having indoor pool for 3 boys was nice, but the facility in itself wasn't kept up very well. Our friends next door checked out due to roaches in their room.

United StatesAbove. First room had the whole lock busted out and laying on floor..didnt enter so not sure of damage. 2nd room had trash can in front of dresser to keep drawers from staying open. Tv had 2 controls and no instructions, so even though I can usually get them going, we had to call for someone to come up...and redress after showers, to let someone in the room to TRY to get it working. I am tired of paying full rates when you do not get full quality! I would like a partial refund bc I received only partial promises!
Location was good. Staff was exceptional but the owners must care about return customers, or you wont have any. I wont be back. TVs are pathetic!

United Statesthey did not give us the upgrade you offered. when I complained they gave us the upgrade for the last two nights BUT overcharges us $10 for one night and $25 the other night. when I brought this to their attention the told me they had the right to vary the room rate and if I wanted the $35 plus tax overcharge I must get it from booking . com. I called your customer service today and could not get through. Can you help?

The front desk clerk printed my Powerpoint for me and I really appreciated her help. Que had a wonderful breakfast ready. Everyone was so friendly and helpful.
