The food we had at the Hotel (I.e. Breakfast and snacks on the evening at the poolside) was not the best. We were woken very early because of deliveries (banging of doors etc…). There were parts of the Hotel in need of more TLC.

The staff were very friendly. The rooms were very nice. The shuttle to take us to KeynWest was much appreciated.

Breakfast area wasn't kept clean. The floor always had spills and I had to request that our table be cleaned many mornings. The room was clean, but old (moldy spots in the bathroom). I would expect these things to be cleaned up at $400-500/night. The bike rental people were very friendly and accomodating, but definitely wasted a lot of time.

Loved the pool area! Breakfast options were nice. The shuttle was great and prompt.

the front staff/supervisor were very rude and did not explain that they were going to charge my card $1200 after I had already booked the hotel and paid before we got there.

my daughter and niece loved the pool. the hotel being in walking distance of a lot of things was a huge convenience

the sheets were stiff and not comfortable and didn’t look clean to me. the blanket on top had a dirty white color not bright white, making it look very old. the dark brick color tile floors make the room look dated and very cold. the a/c unit is super loud.

convenient location, pool/bar area is beautiful & clean, staff was very friendly and attentive. the room as on the small size, but fine for what we needed.

Location - you are far from the main attractions. The room was small with old and ugly furniture. It was too expensive for what they offer. The breakfast was really basic.

The pool is nice. The free shuttle from the hotel to downtown Key west.

we arrived in Key West by ferry. I called the hotel about their shuttle bus and was told they didn’t have one. We walked all the way to the hotel and wasn’t. I surprised to learn that yes indeed there is a shuttle.

Our bathroom was stinking badly. Cleaning generally was ok but when you smell that bad smell, you feel like something dead is here. Room size was alright but furniture was very old. Rooms need some renovation and decoration.

Breakfast was ok, not very continental, feels US centric however it was not bad at all. They have cereals, fresh fruit, bread, bagels, eggs.

This hotel does not live up to a typical Marriott ! Room very small , it's an older place that is owned by an investment group that Marriott has sold/ lent its name too . Booking is misleading for actual cost to stay after various fees are tacked on .

We were told that we would receive a free drink coupon each night of our stay. They gave us a bogo coupon instead and we threw them away. Disappointed with this.

Our room had a musty smell, as we walked by several other rooms they had the same. We purchased 2 air fresheners and it did not help much. Room was clean, think the air filters needed to be replaced. We have stayed there before and didn’t have this problem.

It is a minor point, but the bathroom soap was very small. When you are paying $300 a night going you would expect a little extra. The shower pressure was also poor, but it was OK

I traveled to Key West for fishing. The hotel was only a 1/2 mile from the docks. The accommodations were good. The staff was exceptional.

Room was a bit simple but if youre using it to go and do other things its ok. I wish we had been told what type of services concierge could have booked us when we checked in. would have been nice for a quick check or minute of options . we would have booked more activities. we didn't know.

Small window over looked the walkway and car park. Had to keep shutters closed for privacy. 25 dollars a day to use the shuttle bus, water refreshment and towels, on top of high daily room rate.

Lovely swimming pool and bar area. Breakfast was pretty good too. Bed comfortable and wi-fi great. Concierge very helpful. Shuttle bus was great but cost 25 dollars a day (package charge inc water, towels)
