We left at 6am for the airport, so my only complaint would be that the breakfast started at 7:30am. Otherwise, note that there are limited food options nearby (predominantly hotel restaurants).

Comfortable, clean, quiet room with very friendly staff! Also, great water pressure and we liked the large pump bottles of soap in the shower.

This property had no downside.

The location just off the freeway was a major reason we selected this property. All of our interactions were excellent; everyone was friendly and provided great service. The property was well maintained and clean. It was a pleasure to stay at this Fairfield Inn & Suites.

The hot tub needs its upgrades. Felt more like taking a bath then a hot tub. And the pool wasnt exactly what it said. the 5 ft was actually 4 ft and so on. There wasnt any wash clothes in the room. And when my family tried to plug in a game console to the tv we couldnt play cause the tv wouldnt allow it. So we went to bed earlier then we wanted.

I liked how comfortable the beds were and the staff were polite. Parking was easy and the pool and hot tub were open. So tht was a plus with how my family has been traveling for 2 days already

Understaffed due to the pandemic which lead to having to get fresh towels from the front desk as well as coffee for the room. They never cleaned my room even though I requested it. Spiders in the room. Had to take care of them myself which I would have preferred not to do. I understand that they were short staffed so I handled everything as best I could. I like Fairfield, so I was willing to do my part.

Easy access, nice rooms, restaurant adjacent, friendly staff. Beds were comfy and the air conditioner worked very well.

We were told they only had one of the two rooms we booked. We were sent to their sister hotel and they would not honor the same rate. We went back to the first hotel and they eventually found a second room for us.

I choose this property because of the free shuttle from the airport. I called midday to confirm the shuttle ran until midnight and to let the property know that I would be arriving after 6 pm, and close to midnight. I did not want them to give my room away. I was assured all will be well. I arrived at 11:30 pm. When I called for the shuttle, I was informed that the shuttle driver locked his keys in the van and was unable to pick me up. As a result I had to pay for an Uber to cover my transportation to the hotel. The hotel did not offer to cover that cost. The receptionist also told me that because I booked through Booking, my room would be given away if someone came before me since I was so late. All bad luck. I'm sure this doesn't happen all the time and could really happen anywhere. It would have been nice if the property would have discounted my room or somehow tried to make it "right" for me.

They dont have their own shuttle from airport they use the holiday inn one and I was waiting at the airport for half an hour and they should say that somewhere in the website or a text or something. I had to call a few times and finally they told me about the shuttle situation.

Absolutely a TERRIBLE experience from check-in to check-out. First, once I arrived to the airport at 10pm I called the hotel to send the shuttle. They failed to inform me that it’s a holiday inn shuttle that picks us up and not a Fairfield Inn shuttle. I waited for over 45 minutes until I decided to take an Uber to the hotel. I told the front desk staff and they said “oops I forgot to tell you”. The next day my room key stopped working and the front desk agent said that I was checked out. I showed her my reservation which stated 3 nights and she did not believe me. I asked her where my belongings were since I found out after my day out and she said “not sure.” After an hour of her not believing me and not letting me into my already paid for room, she got a call from the manager saying to give me a new room key to let me in. And believe it or not, on my last day, the same thing happened! I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. Vacation ruined. Also, the WiFi is terrible.

We arrived to the inn at 10p.m after traveling for 30 hours, tiered. The reservation for the room was made at least 3 month earlier and the room was paid for a day before we arrived. The lady at the hotel told us that the hotel is full, and since we are not a priority clients she sent us to another hotel nearby. The nearby hotel was a much cheaper hotel that has bad reviews and was very dirty. The toilets in the room had mold ( I have pictures). i did not like the fact that they sent us to another hotel a lower grade if you have a problem send us to a better hotel or at least at the same level.

That I had booked a king bed and they gave us a room with 2 double size beds. Being that we are a plus size couple. We don’t fit to good on a double size bed. They would not accommodate us and give us a king size bed when we asked and let them know we booked a king.

It is better to put the label of Fairfield Inn & Suites on the shuttle bus although you cooperate with Holiday Inn hotel. But your costumers may not know they need to take Holiday Inn shuttle bus. Or you could ask the shuttle bus driver of Holiday Inn to remind the costumers of Fairfield Inn & Suites to take this bus. I did not know this information and saw several the Holiday Inn shuttle buses coming but I did not know I should take.

House keeping came into a single mothers room with two infant kids before 8:30am!!!!!!!! The TV didn't work and repair guy didn't come until next day! Breakfast lady was rude and shut everything down when we were waiting in line. She even turned off the water machine when I was holding my kids water bottle!!
