If the chipmunk stayed off our tent at night, would have been great!! Tent pathways could have used a bit more low level lighting.

We have no complaints. It was really a great stay but since you asked the question I would say that the staff are mostly college students and don't have the ability to be decisive or have authority in making decisions. We had an issue on check in and the one manager was on vacation and the other sick. It seemed like a simple fix but the staff, while very friendly, was unable to make decisions. Fortunately, the manager did respond promptly and the matter was handled.

Campground is beautifully maintained and amenities (boardgames, tea/coffee, cash bar, firepits, breakfast and small camp store) were fantastic. We really enjoyed every moment of our stay.

There was nothing I didn’t like. But as far as comments: I think I would’ve liked a few more food/ drink/amenities for sale. My husband and I don’t drink alcohol, so it would be nice to see perhaps a small menu of drinks? It may have been nice to be able to determine who was on the staff -not uniforms, but just something. I think if reservations made through Booking.com etc are that hard to manage it shouldn’t be an option.

Having the reception area in the large tent all open made a huge difference! We loved the music playing there. What a relief the bathrooms were awesome! Having the hiking path accessible was perfect. We appreciate keeping car traffic to the parking lot only.

Everything especially the spacey easy access!!

We absolutely loved our spot #15 and enjoyed the entire grounds breakfast was wonderful we love eating healthy!! We also enjoyed all the other customers who visited us on their stay it was as great meting everyone !! Note those mattresses were very comfortable best night sleep in awhile !! Thank you all so much.

Very comfortable attractive camping! This is our third year & we love it. Peaceful & relaxing. My daughter, her two children & I have made this an annual trip. Ithaca has beautiful parks and great restaurants! Camping with out the work😊

Everything was great. You already know that you have to hike to the bathroom so there’s no big surprise there. I would add a waste basket in the shower room.

Familiar location as we had our wedding reception at La Tourelle so this was a new type of homecoming.  Friendly staff, great selections in the camp store, hammocks are a nice touch. It rained for a good portion of our stay, but there are umbrellas, the campfire held steady,, and the staff were wonderful. Loved sitting on my deck w coffee! Breakfast was lovely w great options.

It went to 42 degrees in our tent. The bedding was very insufficient, I wore 4 layers of clothing and was still cold. On the packing list they should have said bring your sleeping bag, I have one that keeps me warm to -15F which I wish I had. The bathroom is up a hill and not close. We paid over $600 for 2 nights so definitely disappointing although the first night when it was warm it was really beautiful and I slept well.

Tents are close together so if people in neighboring tents are loud, you will hear every conversation like they’re in the next room. It was not at all as quiet or relaxing as we’d hoped. Bathroom and shower facilities are nice but are about a 2-minute walk from the tents, definitely inconvenient if it’s raining or at night. Also, we had somewhat expected this, but understand that there will be bugs and potentially slugs in the tents even if you are careful about keeping it zipped up well. For the price, I expected a better experience all around.

There are some very nice elements - a good breakfast, attractive common areas, comfortable bedding. Lots of fireflies at night in the summer.

They did not offer a heater for the tent, though it was quite cold. The photos from this property is totally different from what I saw in person.

Not enough blankets, also the tent was not secure, there were two large areas on top that were open bugs were able to get in Aldd see I should have more lights for the tent
