The only thing I didn't like was the bed, mattress was a little too firm. Body adjusted over a few days though.

Great location, great value, clean! For the cost, I don't think this place can be beat - when it comes to location and cleanliness. Room was a little smaller than I anticipated but the kitchenette was a plus.

The rooms need updating and floors are in bad shape as well as balcony floors. Kitchen faucet leaked. Shower was very small.

The room we had was very spacious and comfortable. It had a full kitchen and great shower pressure. The location was great and checking in and out very easy. It was a short walk to the beach.

The dryer took forever to try my clothes The mattress in my room 104 was terrible, one side was sunken in ,had to sleep on one side,made my back hurt.

The shower had very little water pressure, the bathroom wall could also use some attention as there was some of it was badly water damaged.

I liked the kitchen in the room and it’s great location near the beach and nearby parks. The staff that checked me in was very nice as well.

A little outdated but we only needed the room for sleep and shower!

Small room but it worked just fine for just my husband and I. Very clean.Great price for the location- so close to the location!

The room smelled mildewy or moldy. It was pretty small but okay for just two of us. Someone was smoking pot in the door under ours. We saw an employee come out of the door.

Great location with easy access to the beach. There is a 7-11 and a trolley stop that takes you across the entire island right across the street.

No ice machine.

Only motel I’ve stayed at that had a hot shower with a good spray (any time of day), an air conditioner that kept room cold and wasn’t loud and rickety, and a tv that actually had cable that worked with a lot of Chan you. Very clean and walking distance to beach front!

Grounds flood in the rain making dumpster inaccessible. Walls a little thin so i heard the tv on each side of me.

This was out of their co trip, but our last day, sketchy people checked in and their room was right above the sitting area. Because of the things they claimed to have, we did not go outside to that area when they were out. It was unfortunate, but like I said, out of the hotel’s control.

A half hour before check out I got a call from the office that I had not been billed for my two dogs. I was going to be charged an additional $100 ($25 per pet, per night). I explained that I noted I would have dogs when I booked. They said I didn't note it on the registration forms that they sent electronically. After I expressed my concern, they did drop the charge to $75 but I don't feel like I should have been charged anything extra. I stopped by the office upon check in and nothing was said. Staff saw me outside with the dogs a couple times during my stay and it was never mentioned until I was about to check out. I feel like it could have been handled differently.

Wasn’t fancy. Don’t think they had a pool, but we were there for the beach so that’s wasn’t a concern for us. Room was quite small, but okay. No food was available onsite, but restaurants were within walking distance. Utilized the small fridge and microwave in room, which was nice.

The front office had some inconsistent hours and it was difficult to impossible to get ahold of someone after hours.

This hotel had a really nice location to the beach and was easy walking distance to other condos in the area. The room was clean and the kitchen was nicely stocked so we could make breakfast. Of the staff I talked to, all were very nice and helpful. While we didn’t stay in our hotel a lot (just to sleep) it was comfortable and nice.

I never could connect to their wifi. The room code never worked so we had to use the housekeeping code. The coffee carafe had a big chip out of it where you pour it into your cup. There's some kind of metal boxing under the bed that makes a lot of noise.

It was clean, very close to the beach. The a/c will freeze you out. Hot water was plentiful for showers. The bed was comfy.

Easy check in with friendly staff. Hidden gem located just a mile or so away from the downtown area steps away from the beautiful beaches. Quiet great for families or even a solo getaway.
