The stairs and balcony had a lot of really big spiders. I understand they are nature but I have a really big fear of them so I wasn't able to hang out on the balcony like we wanted to. Maybe a quick sweep of the webs everywhere before check in would have cut down on some?

The location was perfect, right down the road from Bethel Woods, so we didn't have to drive far. Loved the private entrance and balcony. Room was very spacious, clean, kept cool and dry (esp for as hot and humid it was outside). The owner is so nice and went out of his way to help with directions and a map. He also put flowers in the room for us. We plan on staying here again next time we are in town!

The building was a little tired looking, but the overall grounds were very nice.

The location was great for a concert at Bethel Woods. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. The room had a refrigerator, stove, kitchen sink, and microwave oven -- dishes, pots, pans, utensils, were all included as well.

Enjoyed our stay and nothing big to complain about. Only complaint would be that even though there was a mini coffee maker, there was nothing provided to actually make the coffee. 🤷‍♀️ Maybe provide complimentary coffee and even some small breakfast goodies in the office during morning hours? Even if just doughnuts or some fruits to grab? That would be great! 😊 Colleen 🌻

It’s an older property but the room (and bathroom) was very clean, and it had a fridge, hairdryer, microwave. The garden area was nice and the communication from manager was great. Good WiFi in room. Easy parking.

The wall AC unit was a little loud, but the weather was cool so I didn’t have to have it on. Other than that, there wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

Check in was fast and Joe was nice and friendly. Room was large, had everything I needed, and was very clean.

This is a simple accomodation ,but very clean, friendly host , and room had everything as advertised, cozy on a cod night. TV reception and options good. bathroom and kitchen facilities very clean.

Unfortunately the mattresses in our room needs to be replaced but I think that the next time my wife and I go to Bethel woods will be happy to stay with you again we did enjoy our over all stay

Outdated, rickety rooms, smell of chemical cleaner. Nothing I hadn't expected, though.

The manager is great, the plantings, landscaping, bird habitat wonderful.

I wish I booked earlier to get a smaller room - we really did not need the efficiency set up.

The motor lodge was very clean and was only a short distance from Bethel Woods where we were seeing a show. Our room was spacious (queen efficiency) and had kitchen supplies (cups, cutlery, etc) provided. The proprietor was very nice and gave me a map to the venue with some suggestions of other local places to check out. Check in/out were both quick and easy.

My only qualm was that it tended to be on the cold side in the room, and it took quite a while to heat up, including the hot water. However, the proprietor let us know this when we checked in.

The property itself is very unique, with a garden pathway and a lot of outdoor seating. The proprietor was incredibly friendly, and also helped explain where our destination was, since we’d come to Bethel for a show. The room is a good size, good amenities — a little barebones, but perfect for a night or two, especially if you won’t be staying in the room all day.

Coffee maker but no coffee (did have sugar packets though).

Location was great, right along 17B. Perfect for a night stay if you are up here visiting. I’m out on motorcycle by myself, perfect for that. Park right out front, everything was clean, guy up front sent me to local place for supper. Recommend for 2 if you are out touring this part of the country and aren’t looking for fancy hotel. Better bed than some Days Inns, name brand hotels I’ve stayed at.

I guess the only thing would be the mattress

It was the closest location to Bethel Woods. Not knowing the area at all, this is the closest place to stay if you want to travel to see an event at Bethel Woods Center for the Arts or visit the historical site of Woodstock. I was pleasantly surprised with our accommodations and highly recommend Fosterdale Motor Lodge!!

My bed. The mattress needs to be replaced. My back couldn't take it. WIFI is horrible up there for phoning home. Calls drop.
