Well located, the staff was really really nice and helpful, giving recommendations of what to do around town and on point when I got an issue with my locker ! I recommend this place 100% !

Fantastic location, situated a few minutes walk from Boston common. Friendly helpful staff at the front desk during the day, always willing to help with directions. The room was nice and clean.

The room itself had very thin walls making it hard to get any sleep. We could hear people coming in and out especially since our room was on the first floor by the lobby desk. The other issue was the bathroom. The ceiling looked like it has some moisture damage and mold growing on it.

We loved the walkability of the property. We were able to walk all over the city and enjoyed seeing beacon hill, back bay, and the north end.

Nothing I didn't like. The only thing was the ice machine was out of order and the rooms didn't have a mini fridge to keep food or drinks in. It was an inconvenience but it wouldn't prevent me from staying there again.

Loved the old building. It had some cool history. They also have a washer and dryer enabling you to do your laundry for free. All the staff were great.

I understand it's downtown Boston but our window view consisted of a brick wall.

The location was great, very close to everything. They gave 4 pillows that actually had volume to them which was nice. Staff seemed friendly, acknowledged us with a nice good morning when we came down in the morning. Didn't have the opportunity to explore the facility more.

The rooms are a bit small, but I knew this before booking. There was some construction going on in the back alley which was kind of annoying.

The whole staff was great, very knowledgeable. The location was ideal, and I liked how historic the building was.

The room was tiny with access to the bed from one side only (clambering required to get out of bed!). This would have been acceptable but the room cost was very very high for the actual size of room.

We really liked the Found Hotel. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Let us store bags before and after check out so we can enjoy the city. It was during extreme heat in Boston so were offered free water bottles (thank you). Room is small but expected. Very clean bathrooms. We really enjoyed it.

- Lobby area had odd smell - Room was right next to lobby and could hear everything. No very soundproof. - Shower door did not have proper seal and was not possible to keep floor dry.

Curtain didn't fit my bed especially well & I'm personally not keen on ensuites for dorms, though it was a very nice en suite.
