We weren't able to use the breakfast vouchers given to us at check in because the little coffee shop was always closed-or at least closed when we tried to go.

The apartment was fabulous. VERY spacious, loved the toiletries in the bathroom. I also loved all the cool common spaces. The beds were very comfortable and we loved the bed in the little nook.

The bedrooms are really tiny. There was only one shower in the apartment with 4 bedrooms, which wasn't very convenient for 7 of us staying there. Also there was no dining table in the living room, which we were aware of, but we needed it more than we initially thought we would.

The location is perfect. Walking distance to everything in Lower Manhattan. The view from the apartment was great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There are many small common areas on a lot of different floors, where you can chill, read a book and relax.

Nothing not to like - it really was perfect for us.

We absolutely LOVED staying at Placemakr Wall Street. We stayed in the 1 Bedroom Premium Gourmet apartment - my son and girlfriend in the 1 bedroom and my sister and I shared the “alcove” bed in the living area. It was perfect! So spacious, very comfortable beds (zzzzzzzzzzz), so quiet and clean. The kitchen was brilliant. Bonuses were the free laundry facilities, and the location - only a few blocks to the subway and only a walk to Brooklyn Bridge, ferries, 9/11 Memorial and more. The atmosphere in the lobby was so lovely and the staff were amazing. Ethan, Ruben and Aleena took great care of us. So friendly and fun. I couldn’t recommend this place highly enough. Perfect for us!!! See you again, definitely!!!

Only minus there was no cleaning and we stayed for 10 Days for 4.5 k. For that price its a bit crazy we had to ask for somebody to come give us fresh towels and such, we were told they only clean after every 10 days.

The location was perfect for my walk to work. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room itself was extra comfortable -- I loved having my own little kitchen and sitting area. I'm a pumping mother, so I was able to spread out my pumping supplies in the sitting room, do all of my washing up in the kitchen, and still feel like I had separate space for my clothes and sleep. Couldn't have been better.

They should provide laundry tabs for residents. They should also provide some starter packs (salt and pepper, some condiments, cooking oil etc.) in all kitchens in apartments. Will make the kitchens more usable.

We were happy with everything. It is expensive but we expected that as everything in NYC at the moment is, and nothing fell short of our expectations with the place.

The location was brilliant- right near Brooklyn Bridge and an easy walk into Manhattan. The staff were so kind, friendly and helpful. The space in our room was so nice and everything was really clean.

Would have been nice to have room cleaned at least once during stay although getting additional linen, towels from reception was no issue & was brought up to our room upon request. Probably better to book direct as booked via booking.com & was surprised to see my card had been charged one day prior to arrival (booking.com stated ‘pay at property’) plus additional taxes charged (booking.com’s price stated all taxes/charges included).

Nice, modern & secure building in heart of Wall Street. Large, clean room with good sized bathroom & walk in shower. Accommodated 2 adults & 2 children comfortably in 2 large double beds…an additional bed would have been a bonus. Large & fast lifts. Friendly & helpful staff / security-at reception 24hrs. Terrace (went in very cold December so didn’t get to use but good feature). Restaurant adjacent to lobby & Starbucks across road. Sea very close by with lovely view at night. Short walk to Battery Park where Ferry to Statue of Liberty goes from. Short walk to One World Trade Centre, Memorial & Charging Bull. Well known Joe’s Pizza (seen in Spider-Man) is in nearby Fulton Street & delivers to Placemakr…best pizza ever! All in all good choice for first visit to NYC-can walk to some attractions, Wall Street subway very close & just few stops to St Penn (Macy’s, Madison Sq Gd, Times Square) plus nice, calm place to come back to after being out & about in bustling streets all day.

One of the beds is in an alcove, which is not super comfortable for the person sleeping inside.

Cleaning service should be more frequent on my opinion... at least just empty trash and change towels.. The kitchen can be a bit more equipped (electric kettle, vegetable peeler)..

I can't recommend this place enough! So spacious, new, clean, comfortable and comfortable beds, great view, lovely and professional staff.. everything was PERFECT. I enjoyed the location, a lot more quiet and easy to walk around than midtown yet very accessible by subway to midtown, Brooklyn, upper west side etc. Would definitely stay again!!
