One of the duvets didn't have a duvet cover. Also, a small blanket/throw would be nice for people who run cold. While they likely would have brought them, had we asked, we just thought it should be standard.

While the property and its facilities were beautiful, comfortable, and up to par, it was Placemakr Wall Street's staff that stood out. Friendly, efficient, gracious, consistent. We felt so welcomed and accommodated from arrival to check-out. T, Elina and Ethan took fantastic care of us through the long weekend, going above and beyond when dealing with any query or request we had. They truly left a lasting impression. Thank you.

The aircon didn’t seem to get very cool but maybe it’s us brits not being used to operating air con. In our lounge area there was a sofa that’s actually sofa beds. It was really hard and wobbly and not comfortable for sitting and watching TV or lounging.

I loved the whole concept of this apartment hotel. We had the one bedroom gourmet which had plenty of room for my husband and I and our teenage son. He loved the bed tucked into alcove with the curtain. The beds were really comfortable. The location was amazing (I really like to be downtown). A 5 min walk to a Whole Foods Market which was handy for picking up food. Only 10min walk to World Trade Centre

Need more lighting in the bathroom

My family of four loved our unit!!! The vibe of the entire hotel was cool, including the furnishings in the hallways, laundry / game room, and the relaxing lobby - like your cool Auntie’s house. The design of our unit maximized the space by having lots of compartments/storage for personal items, outlets, and curtains to divide the sleeping areas - for privacy. Just needed more lighting in the bathroom. We stayed at the Wall Street location which was on the East River, close to everything we needed - restaurants, convenience stores, sites, public transit. The staff was very friendly and professional. Would definitely stay at a Placemakr hotel again!!!

Room was cozy, clean and very luminous with an amazing view. Personal staff is very nice. Good walking distance (~10 min) to the main attractions in lower Manhattan and metro station. Location is very calm. Many options to eat around.

The only thing that might be different is that the photos on the website seem to be from a long time ago, and the furniture and facilities show signs of aging. Prices are also a bit higher for a room for 4 people. But overall, satisfaction is definitely high, and I recommend it."

I was pleasantly surprised by the whole concept and place. Kitchens are available on multiple floors and there is also a laundry room. Staff were super nice and friendly. Definitely will stay here again on my next trip to NYC. ❤

Placemakr offers a very seamless checkin and checkout process. The rooms are specious, the staff is welcoming , kind and hardworking. Love the hardwood floors and cleanness of the whole property. Placemakr will be my first choice to stay on my next visit

Excellent hotel for a family trip: rooms are big enough for a family of four with two teenage kids, perfect location with excellent access to transportation (subway, ferries etc), quiet rooms at least in the upper floors, comfortable beds, good facilities (e.g. gym).

Fantastic hotel for a group holiday. The communal kitchens were fantastic for group meals and preparing snacks. The terrace had great views over the river and the laundry rooms was great for kids and keeping on top of washing.
