Mask policy not 100% enforced, many guests in the lobby didn't have masks on. Also, we were not advised of the breakfast option/availability and missed it.

Kitchen was closed, couldn’t buy breakfast. Only two bath towels in bathroom for a reservation of three adults with a special pre request for more towels.

they charged a non refundable deposit for a pet that Booking did not tell me about. Also no breakfast and $20 fee for parking on the street. Iam requesting $150 pet fee because Booking or Marriot did not tell me before reserving.

We were out in a dark room at the end of the first floor. The room lighting was really bad. I have stayed at multiple Marriott hotels in the last 20 years and this was the worst.

Upon check in with my daughter, there was some difficulty locating a room with 2 double beds. The front desk was able to find one, but we were on the main floor, which I found only fair. Clean room, but mediocre location. The hotel personnel at the front desk as well as the bar area were outstanding!

The rooms need to be updated. Felt very worn out. Not super clean. ALSO…..the price of breakfast and coffee….ridiculous. we can stay at the other Marriott hotel a few minutes away and breakfast is included. and that hotel is very clean and kept looking nice.

The gym would have been nice, good equipment. But it was so humid almost to the steamy side and that made the wood floor slippery and a bit dangerous. Not enough towels in the room.

Breakfast was pretty good. Coffee was really weak, almost like it was run through the same grounds twice. Weak. Staff was great. Helpful all the way though. Food was great and the Bartender was great (Pablo).

we were booked next to a couple that was fighting all day and night door slamming from early morning into the night heavy marijauna smell coming into the room at night. called the desk they said they would send security but no one showed up .

Acoustic ceilings are dated. The pool was closed on Saturday morning until 11am, so we couldn't use the pool or jacuzzi before checking out. We wish we could've used the amenity prior to checking out.

There might be something wrong when we checked in. I booked 2 rooms but only my passport info was taken. We forgot to ask for the receipts when we left. When we returned to the hotel and requested to print the receipts, the receptionist could only find one room with my name. The other room was "lost". Even the lady at another counter could recognize my face since we had stayed a long time. And I could tell the room number and the check-in/-out date. The lady named Chi refused my request and did not try to help me either. What she expressed is that it was my fault to provide the wrong name. But I didn't do anything wrong!! She needs to check why the room was checked in with another name, instead of refusing my request without saying anything nice. The trip should be covered by my employer. But now I have to pay 1000+ USD from my own pocket. Just because the BUG someone else created... What in the world...

Most of the hotel team are pretty nice, and they helped us a lot during our stay. The rooms are clean. Breakfast is nice. It is quiet at night. I will recommend this hotel to my friends.

not one towel in the room when we entered. had to call the desk charged $10 a night for parking Who does that? no motel where I’ve ever stayed. lastly …$18 each for breakfast buffet? Most of the competition has a decent FREE breakfast. All together a dear breaker for any future booking with this chain.

The bedsheet was dirty and had stains on it. When I called the front desk and asked for a replacement sheet the front desk worker was super nice. Can't say the same for the housekeeping person who brought me the sheet. Seemed annoyed and like I was wasting his time. Not only that but the bedsheets they brought me did not fit the bed in the slightest. She. Called up again the housekeeping worker seemed even more annoyed even after taking right around 30 mins to bring the other sheets.

The staff was super friendly and my room was a nice size. Bed was super comfortable, room was a little hot and didn't really understand how to use the ac and leave it on.
