Staff on check in were fantastic, on checkout they were so rude and uninterested sitting on their phones especially the concierge when we went to collect bags he was less than helpful. Air con noise. Certain small things just need more attention to make this a better stay, for example the curtain rail wasn’t fit for purpose the whole bathroom was drowned because the rail was bent and led to water all over the floor.

Good location 2 minute walk to metro trains and trams. Good value for money as SF goes but still spenny especially for the size of the room. Bed was really comfortable and room was basic but clean. Air con was good but extremely noisy ok for us in September but would be an issue to sleep with it on.

The location of the hotel is great, only 10 min to Union Square. The room had everything we needed. The staff were friendly.

staff seemed bothered. didn’t explain the card access for the elevator, seemed bothered that we wanted to use valet and the concierge seemed bothered as well.

The room and hotel are basically as advertised, nothing extremely fancy but everything is as it should be; clean, taken care of, available.

The air conditioner was so loud it kept waking me up all night. It should be replaced for a new one. Other then that it was a very good hotel. I would stay there again.

The hallways were so hot. Not sure why. Did not like the views we got to see the other side of a building.

The staff was very helpful and very friendly. The hotel was in a good location. The bathroom was very spacious.

location was very good, close to centre and plenty of transport options close by . Decent basic gym.

Room key system is not perfect, it.takes several trials to start the elevator or open the room door. No laundry. The room is not bright. Wireless network is not that fast. Facilities in rooms are outdated. DO NOT turn right to tendorloin, that's dangerous. They have a drug market just 3 blocks away, but turn left to the Union Square is safe.

Very good staff, especially ladies and gentlemens in the front desk. Quite.perfect! Perfect location, generally safe though in downtown. There are several homeless, but there are securities, so not dangerous. In most cases.homelesses don't want to attack.anyone. Hope their circumstance could become better. Beautiful lobby. Fusion: they have both Chinese and American style decorations.

Nothing! It was a really good stay.

Fantastic location near key sights and around the corner from amenities such as food and transport. The room was more than adequate for a short stay and the air conditioning on a hot day was brilliant.

The room was very clean and well stocked with bathroom complementary items (shampoo, lotion, make-up remover, etc.). I also liked that they had included bath robes for us. I haven't seen this in other hotels I've stayed at in the U.S. Also, the basket filled with snacks was great (not complementary but convenient).

- It's not a big deal, but the room was really small (not even possible to open two luggage at the same time), it was not really like on the photo, there was no desk and the view was a bit disappointing - it was a view on a plein wall which was situated like 1,5 m from the window. Apart of this it was still cozy. Bed was a bit small but comfortable.

- I really appreciated staff and it was one of the big highlights of this hotel. We didn't expect it but we could use the room much earlier than check-in hour and this was SO nice and helpful! - Localisation is really amazing, very central, so close to everything and also to all the means of transportation needed. Also just 30 min by metro from the airport.
