More towels for family of four. Also I had to dispute a charge on my card that hotel couldn’t explain. I had to call my bank to get charge released by hotel. This was 4 days after stay. Very annoying!

Liked the location & area restaurants. Tavern had limited menu options. Comfortable but small bathroom.

There were men yelling and talking outside, They were so loud that they woke us up at 4:00am ! We then had a hard time getting back to sleep, and did not get a good night's rest. Our room was just standard and very small, I expected a much larger and better furnished room, considering the high price (nearly $300 for one night), that I paid. We drove around for over 1-1/2 hours, trying to find the hotel, in the dark!! The on-line confirmation that I received showed the hotel's address as 707 E. Lancaster Ave., which we used in our GPS. That is incorrect, So our GPS kept directing us to the wrong location. The hotel is actually located on LINCOLN Ave. We called the hotel six times, and the front desk clerk could not give us correct directions to the hotel. Finally, at 9:30 at night, we were able to get directions from a person who worked in a 7-11 store. This is unacceptable ! By the time we arrived at the hotel, we were very tired and upset. The hotel's actual location is not easy to find for travelers in the dark. I should get my money back for this horrible experience !

We were not eligible to receive the complementary breakfast buffet, and had to pay for it. I don't understand how this could be, as I paid nearly $300 for a one-night stay !

We were very unhappy because although our reservation included breakfast -- that's why we paid $150 instead of $135 for the room -- the hotel did not honor that commitment and told us that their records did not indicate that breakfast was included in our reservation. Because we were hungry and pressed for time, we paid for breakfast for two -- at a cost of $15 per person -- out of our own pockets. We would like to be reimbursed for that payment.

We liked our accommodations, the attentiveness of hotel staff. We arrived rather late at night so we did not avail ourselves of many of the amenities. Our bed was comfortable, the room was quiet and the shower was nice and hot.

Clean the ac unit filters in the junior suites so it works properly. When you engage the tub spout to switch to shower the tub spout still has water coming out. The hot tub is Luke warm. "Get that thing up to 104 degrees so we can relax.. the pool is there for cooler water!

Easy check in great staff everyone always nice an friendly. The pool area is nice however the pool isn't heated I loved the jetted tub an the view from the 4th floor The breakfast is the best can't say enough. Real eggs an bacon an sausage.

The room wasnt that clean dust hand prints on the glass table tops. Stains on the chairs an ottomans . Some substance all over the luggage s rack. Tile floor entry way dirty I know I wiped it The towels an bedding all very hard not soft The pillows seen better days deflated. The pool was full of bad ass kids that kept coming in the hot tub an loud an splashing . No parents clearly stated no kids unattended . no kids under 16. The security was advised but did nothing. The pool isn't heated The hot tub is lukewarm The food an drink aren't cheap I had 2 drinks 2 soups an appetizer as my meal an my guy had a cheese steak n fries. He only drinks water. Bill 80.00

Nice modern hotel . Check in was easy. Front desk staff very friendly an accommodating . I loved the fact the room was close to the lobby pool an restaurant. I requested the first floor an disability access.. Very happy my request was granted. The restaurant an bar staff are the bast. The drinks an food were fantastic. The pool an hot area is nice.

Hotel needs a refresh /update Deep Clean. Doors are beat up on the second floor…

Single pane windows NEED to be upgradded ASAP For energy saving! It was 9 degrees one evening and turning the thermostat up ti 75!!! -still did NOT help! The bacon and sausage were wonderful but eggs were subpar as was the horrible french toast… Aim for Organic, PLEASE!!!

Breakfast sausage was raw. Should be cooked a little bit more. Too expensive and not too many choices. Pillows was too soft.

The breakfast was too expensive. We had just a toast and coffee because we are not big eaters. The pillow was too soft. The bed needs to change. It was squeaky on every turn. Hotel staff was excellent.
