SO insanely loud....must have been a furnace room next to my room, but it was super loud and there was so much noise I couldn't sleep all night. I ended up leaving at 4 am. It was terrible.

The alarm clock went off at 6:15am, more than an hour before I needed or planned on waking up. I did not set it nor did housekeeping unset it. When I mentioned it to the front desk it was clear that they didn't care. Another guest overheard me talking and said the same thing happened to her. In the future I will unplug any alarm clocks in the room as they have become irrelevant to anyone with a cell phone.

All I expect from any hotel is that it is clean and comfortable enough for a good night's sleep. This hotel fulfilled these requirements plus included a good breakfast.

This a very good hotel. Employees are fantastic and really care about your stay. The free breakfast is very good which you don't fine often at these type of hotels. We highly recommend you stay here when in Green River.

The hot tub broke one of the nights we were there, it was fixed quickly and back up the next night though!

The staff was excellent. Very friendly, informative, and helpful. Parking was good, plenty of room for my truck and small trailer. Clean facility, nice comfortable beds.

The check in was not well informed. I sent message prior to going that we had service dog. When I checked in with my dog they wanted to charge me for the dog. I showed them my service card and they questioned me who the dog was for and why. Then they asked me what was the medical issue that the dog was used for. It was embarrassing. Then on check out they charged me for the dog. When I questioned that they said it was just till they check the room for damages, and it would be removed. To date they have not removed the extra charge. the breakfast food was bad, and cold.

Breakfast was mediocre. The waffle machine was broken (timer didn’t work) so you had to guess when the waffle was done. Sitting area was dirty, tables weren’t cleaned. The milk was in large jugs so you had to share with everyone in the hotel, which I didn’t like. It would be more sanitary to have individual cartons. Our room had no hot water so we all had to take a cold shower. The shade on the window was broken, which didn’t allow us to shut the shade and block out the light. The beds had hair all in them and my sheets had a huge hole in them.

Greeted by the one staff person. There was no luggage trolly and no help provided to help with a fully loaded Mercedes Suv back end.

My room had not been cleaned. There were several thorns on the carpet—which I stepped on, and remnants of dog food as well. The room also smelled very strongly of dog urine and the linens hadn’t been changed on either bed. I requested a vacuum and clean linens so that I could clean my own room. I wouldn’t stay here again, but traveling with my four cats cross country, I wasn’t left with very many options.

The location was easy to get to.

Shower was difficult to turn on. Phone had no cord, most lights were not plugged in and there wasn't anywhere to plug them in. Decent but a little cheaper pricing would make it of value.

You might want to warn guests about the automatic-sprinkler system. We went out front and sat at the table and chairs in the grass. We were just relaxing with a drink when suddenly we were nailed with the water being sprayed directly on us. We found it funny and it got us to go walking around. So ended up fine. 😁

Very nice rooms and we enjoyed walking down to the river.

Our room was dusty because a window had been left slightly open. As a result, all surfaces had a layer of dust. TV stations were minimal and very basic. The carpet in the halls looked dirty, and our room had an odd smell. The elevator door made a horrible noise, so if staying in this hotel, request a room away from the elevator.

The location was good and right across the street from a restaurant with a river view and decent food. However, I felt the room was very pricey for what it was. This was a very basic motel and was nothing special. We only stayed here because they allowed our dog to stay with us.

Several items needed repair or replacement but did not interfere with comfort.

Breakfast was well stocked, tasty and had lots of variety. TV worked well and good internet service was secure. Very friendly and helpful manager.

Jacuzzi looked dirty, no cloren smell and bubbles or jets not working! Pool was very cold not warm for an indoor pool!

Staff were nice and professional! Breakfast was nice!
