Odd that this two-story hotel has no elevator. Mobility impaired guests need to be specific on room requirements if booking.

Very friendly staff. Complimentary breakfast was very good. Location was easy to find and, although not in the heart of Poulsbo, it is convenient to all the local amenities.

The breakfast room was small and it was full over the weekend because there was a big group that occupied most of the tables and they stayed for a long time. I wished there would be another room to use when the breakfast room is full.

Shower head hose leaked at head connection and connection to wall. Sprayed water on floor when turning water on.

The hotel had said we'd be able to use Uber/Lyft, but we had a bit of a struggle doing so. The day we arrived it took us over an hour for the Uber app to find a driver to take us from the Kingston ferry terminal to the hotel, and about a half hour the morning we left. And no cabs available on short notice. I'd recommend scheduling cabs in advance - especially if you're in a hurry!

This hotel was perfect for the wedding we went to. It was a good price and a good sized room that had everything we needed, the bed was very comfortable, and we were pleasantly surprised by the included breakfast!

Not a fan of the small toilet space which is taken up by a huge shower/tub (which was good and spacious may I add). Didn't like seeing the larger front desk lady who constantly seemed to always be seated playing on her phone (everyt time I passed) while the other staff seem more attentive and professional. Just an observation.

The space of the room was good, the bathroom sink is detached from the bathroom (shower/toilet) which is nice. The space of the toilet is quite small which is a bit odd. Breakfast was good (waffle maker, hot breakfast food items), water to refill your bottles. Easy parking. Nice little hot tub/jacuzzi open 10-10 which is reasonable. Friendly staff. Complimentary newspapers. All in all pretty good.

First night (Thursday) price was reasonable; second night (Friday) booked Friday afternoon since we didn't know we were staying a second night and price doubled!!

Room was available, so that's a plus! It was easy to find and relatively close to my family in Kingston

The bathroom was extremely small as you had to walk around the door to close it. Our room had a slight odor, like it had to be heavily cleaned for some reason. But once we opened the window to air it out all was fine.

The front desk staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The room was large and comfortable. I liked that the air conditioner was very quiet.

Walls seem to be extra thin. We were put in what was a jack and jill type room or one with an adjoining door and there was a family with kids on the other side of the door so the morning was very loud.

Only one complaint: Our particular room was for non-smoking, but reeked of stale smoke. We had to open windows all day for 3 days to get staleness out.

They nailed the basics: comfortable bed, clean and well functioning bathroom, nice overall facility, good parking, roomy room. Breakfast met the basics.

Made reservation for my surgery day with an on line request for early arrival. Then called the day before to verify early arrival after my surgery. The gal said “No Guarantee! Call and ask anytime tomorrow .” Called in the morning before surgery and that guy said I was calling too early! I asked him to leave a note with my reservation. Thankfully I was able to check in at 1:40 pm with no issues, Am I the first guest coming from Poulsbo Surgery Center? Very Frustrating

We had a ground floor room which was not very well ventilated which made the room a bit humid. Coffee at the breakfast wasn't very good.

Place was nice, clean and comfortable. Standard American breakfasts - scrabbled eggs, waffles, bagels, beacon, very sweet oatmeal. Dinning room was cozy and clean. Good localization - green, quiet and peaceful neighborhood.
