I was placed in 118 ( I believe it was) right next to the breakfast counter and the wall separating the lobby. It was very loud. I could hear people talking all night, the staff stocking supplies, and again at 6am when breakfast is served. If you like to sleep.. don't take 118. Also , I cannot recommend the Rusty Tractor, not their hamburgers anyway. The cook should be tried for murder for the heinous crime he committed on that 1/3lb of ground beef. 4 times overcooked. Then frozen then twice overcooked, then dried, reconstituted, then again twice overcooked. Served without apology or the BBQ sauce promised. At some point , when it's that bad , you just give up, keep chewing, smile, say Thank you, and move on. just awful, can't fix that.

I think that they have provided a breakfast that the majority of travelers accept as "normal" in this price range. That is to say, coffee , DYI waffles, some kind of premade egg stuff, juices, apples, bananas, etc. we've all seen it. It is a breakfast not right for all of us but it is what we expect to see. There were healthy foods and I can appreciate that.Room was clean , bed very comfortable, good hot water and pressure in the shower.

A little pricey for what you get. Beds were really soft, which some people love. For me, I woke with a backache. I loved that I could do a load of laundry while staying.

Elevator was broken. Had to pack all my gear for my 6 month old baby up stairs to my room with no assistance from staff. Should have gotten offered help or a ground floor room.

asked for ground floor and when we arrived were told our room was on the second floor and the elevator was broken and there was nothing on the lower floor !

While experiencing a well earned ice storm and below freezing temperatures, my room was freezing even after my adjusting the heating. The staff should have adjusted the room temperature before putting guests in the room. The room didn’t warm up until after 11pm-6 hours after I got into the room.

Kimberly was a great help to us. She was very friendly and knowledgable. It is great to get the personal touch when you are traveling and she provided that. Facility was clean and well kept.

Made a reservation through BOOKING three weeks in advance for TWO rooms, four people. Confirmed our reservation with Stay Beyond by telephone the night before arrival and informed them we would be arriving late. Upon arrival at 11pm we were told our reservation was for ONE room. At that point I presented the reservation printout for TWO rooms, which fell on deaf ears with the manager, not even an apology, nothing. Of course the motel was completely full, no rooms to spare and no roll-away. I don't know whether to fault BOOKING or Stay Beyond.

Shower does not have a cold it's lukewarm or hot Wi-Fi is unsecure and when there's a number of guests staying in the hotel the Wi-Fi is a little slow

The breakfast is really good. They have a great business center. Rooms are clean, staff is excellent. The location is excellent, reasonably priced community with grocery store up the street.

Stains in bed, toilet had been peed in and not flushed, hair in shower, no fridge or microwave like we were told we would have, room smelled like dogs.

We've stayed here before and remembered much firmer pillows. Would be nice to have at least one firm one available.

The staff and housekeeping were awesome. Continental breakfast was really good. Love the blackout shades in the rooms. Very quiet, no noise til people start leaving
