Fridge/ Freezer didn't work. AC didn't work very well, one of the lamps didn't work, and the bathroom had a little musty (mold)smell.

It was nice and clean and smelled good. The bed was comfy and the staff were very nice.

While I anticipated the exterior to be "ugly", ROOM renovations were not as complete and / or as new as I expected. Drapes were haphazzard, lots of missng hooks, and we had to roll them up over the AC for room efficiency. There seemed to be a lot of walking traffic in the parking lots that looked "loitering-ish" and hard-up, maybe even residing in some of the hotel rooms. Not knowing Lincoln, I don't know if this is "the wrong side of town" but felt it. There was some door banging and drinking activity in the middle of the night. Owner WAS super nice but unfortunately, as a senior person, I would not choose to stay here again.

Staff was super helpful when we encountered booking problems. Room was clean and comfortable. Shower was strong and hot. AC worked well.

The room had fresh paint, but they left the old nasty curtains up. The place needs a woman's touch. No ice, no breakfast, the restaurant isn't open.

The staff was really nice. I went and stayed here because I had stayed there before the remodeling and was excited to see the new look. The hotel is 120% better than it was, but still needs a lot of work.

There was nothing to like about that very nasty place

It was a nasty drug ridden place the Halla where dark and smelled of urine lady's of the nite walked the hall and drug deale trees where every where .my wife and myself locked ours selfs in the room for fear of being robbed or killed in fact the ugly motel as the locals called it reminded me of low income housing call the( projects in Chicago IL that where remove and that place should be removed also.

Strong smell of urine in the halls. Bags of trash left in hallways. Glass front door to building broken. Very sketchy customers in and out of the building. It had the appearance of a crack house. I couldn't even get into my room. I went back to the front desk and asked for a refund. This must be the trashest place I've ever seen. Just disgusting. Dark and dingy I could even see the contract that I signed due to the front desk being so dark and poorly lit.

Nothing was good about this place. I asked for a refund and left.

The wait in the lobby from 2:30- 7:20 pm. The virtual card didn't work. I had to pay full price. And still didn't get a refund

The room was filthy. There was blood on the shower stool. The sink and bathtub were dirty and had hair everywhere. There was a bunch of trash in the dresser droors. The bed had dirt and hair everywhere and there was food left in the refrigerator.

Staff was friendly. It was quiet.

The staff had no clue what they were doing when it came to checking people in. I came rather late and was dead tired. She said she had just came back to work there and it literally took her over an hour and a half to check me in. Thank god there were slot machines right there in the lobby! She didn't accommodate me for my time just standing there waiting on her either. Being in hospitality myself, id of upgraded the room or offered an extra night if I wasted someone's time that extensively. But to each his own.

Pictures on booking did not match the room. Room was extremely dirty and I ended up eating the cost and booked another room somewhere else.

The property was disgusting. It’s hard to tell if they’re renovating or the place is just that run down. The front desk looks like a catch all for everyone’s trash. There are cigarette butts, food wrappers, mini booze bottles, dog poop and glass all over the outside and parking lot. The room was terrible. There was no toilet paper or trash cans, the lamps were all missing light bulbs, the tv remote didn’t work. All kinds of people up and down the hallways at all hours, music blasting through the night. The police even made a drive by through the parking lot. I’d been driving for 10 hrs by myself and desperate to sleep so I stayed but I’ve never been scared of staying at a motel until this place.

Poorly furnished room; questionable cleanliness; interior paint job was awful; refrig and extra lock didn’t work (lost food); grounds filthy and exterior in need of repair; carpet removed from outside hall but not replaced (ugly). The photo you posted doesn’t match what a room looks like. We chose this property because of what we saw on your site. We don’t feel we can trust your site and don’t plan to use it in the future.

The giant 3D hunk of what could be a loogie or snot or brain matter or pasta for all I know on my curtains, the multiple people loitering outside my door and checking to see if I am in or not (!!!) and the suspicious stains on my bedsheets have me leaving before I even stayed an hour. The tub dripped constantly. I felt very uncomfortable turning my room light off because of the aforementioned individuals literally checking to see if I was in the room or not. I’m itchy just standing in the room.

The lights were dim, there was hair in the tub, bugs on the floor in the bathroom, the curtain was broken and falling off the hinge, the sheets were dirty, the towels were dirty, no room service,

The bed was comfortable but the sheets were dirty. The tv was good size and worked.
